Both Christians and Jews worship the Abrahamic God. According to the Bible both Old and New Testaments, and also according to our own experience with Him, God’s nature is holy, good, loving, comforting, faithful, worthy. He provides because He has the heart of supreme Giver. He serves because He has the heart of loving server. He is just, trustworthy, unchanging, powerful, wise King. He is Creator, He is the Holy Word spoken into the hearts of believers. He is Sustainer, Life Breath. His nature is divine in a way that no other spirit or person can compare.Here are some names assigned to Him in the Bible that are actually descriptors of God’s nature. Because He is unchanging God, both the Christian and the Jewish names are talking about the same God. The last entry, of course, was on Uncle Luke’s first solo album, but the also released it under 2 Live Crew with another album cover change; however, both are the same album, both titled “Banned in the U.S.A.” However, I put this on the list, even though it lacks the lyrical presence as the other songs because the history makes the song so ill, and so classic. This was the album they released in the famous Supreme Court case, requiring rappers to put the “Parental Advisory” stickers on the album covers. The story goes: Bob Martinez, Florida governor had Navarro (the album also features a song called “Fuck Navarro”) arrest 2 Live Crew related to the contents of their music, and tried to ban all of their music and shows from Florida. So, they dropped “Banned in the U.S.A.” which, of course features the above mentioned song, where it's a bass dance-club type record with Luke yelling, “Fuck Martinez, Fuck, Fuck, Marteen-ez” the whole song. It's epic. It just embodies the Hiphop message and Hiphop philosophy. I love listening to it, gives me a sense of sheer pleasure.
