The instructions for Form 1099-MISC are pretty clear that "prizes and awards given to employees" are to be reported on Form W-2 and not on Form 1099-MISC, so it's not entirely clear to me why the employer did this in the first place. The employer should have included this in payroll and done the proper withholding.If the employer won't correct the W-2, you file Form 8919 (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-access/f8919_accessible.pdf) to pay the Social Security and Medicare taxes due on the amount, using the reason code stating that you received both a W-2 and 1099-MISC and that the income on the latter should have been included on the former. The income reported on Form 8919 will also be included on Line 7 of your Form 1040.

It's also alleged that Yogi himself warned him for this.On Aug 13 2017 Mr. Khan was sacked from his post. From last 7 months his family appealed for bail for 6 times but there effort didn't bring any development in situation.25 April 2018, Allahabad HC gives him bail and quotes that there's no evidence of medical negligence hence there’s no judicial custody required.The story takes the twist on 11 June 2018 when all others thought the situation had come to normalcy, a deadly attack on kafeel Khan’s brother.Now system imports more frequency on its attack;22 Sept 2018 Kafeel Khan addresses an hospital of bahraich of UP to aid in medication of a disease, while on the way to address press he was arrested24 Sept 2018 just after the day he gets bail, Gorakhpur police arrests him for Fraud and making fake documents for a bank account from which he has done a 2 crore Rs transactions in 2009.For this case also he gets bailBut the ultimate showdown was ahead with the Allahabad court order to UP government to completion their enquiry in 3 months.A news comes that an enquiry had given a clean chit to Kafeel Khan saying all the allegations were untrue, right after some moments UP government says that he can't be given a clean chit.Instead on Oct 4 2019 Govt launches a new departmental investigation against khan to backup this the reason was “For spreading incorrect information about the enquiry report and making anti Government remarks during his suspension “On 13 Dec 2019 , khan delivers a speech on CAA at AMU University but despite having the right to speech he was arrested under charges of disturbing of communally harmony and promote enimity between Hindu Muslim . Again on 30jan 2020 , he was arrested for the speech.On 13 Feb 2020 , Aligarh judicial magistrate gives bail but instead police don't release him for next three daysNow government on a hunt for firm reason to put him in jail, resuming with that it applies NSA on him passes detention orders to put him in jail saying “ To prevent him from engaging in activities that are prejudicial to the maintenance of public order “ . The act even prevents you to have a lawyer to defending your side. Act states a detention order of 3–12 month period (by renewal).19 March 2020 , Mr.khan writes a letter to PM Modi requesting him to release from the jail so that he can lend his energies to aid in the resuming pandemic situation, where there’s a scarcity of doctorsOn 13 May2020 the three month preventive detention ends but UP government extends it to further 3 months.On 27th July 2020 Allahabad HC defers his hearing to 5th August............This is our system, Every day we celebrate this type of system by hearing to their stooge media channels and Dont question it and also refrain others to do so.
