Oh my god yes. Years ago, before I was free of low back pain, I had a disc rupture at L4-L5 so severe I could not stand or walk. I was stuck on the floor of my apartment for hours before I finally called 9–11. At the time I was running a non-profit for firefighters and families in distress. I had my uniform on as I’d been getting ready for work that day. I was clean, well groomed, and in professional dress.When I got to the Emergency Room, the attending MD treated me like a drug addled fiend who was faking it to get pain meds. He tried everything to get me out of his ER. He made me get off the ER bed and I crumpled to the floor in excruciating pain. I had to be lifted back into bed by two RNs. He acted like I was faking it again and begrudgingly admitted me to a hospital bed after treating me terribly. I will never forget that experience.When the hospital’s foundation sent me a letter after my discharge (I was in the hospital functionally paralyzed for a week) I sent them a nice, frosty “F U” letter explaining why I would not donate to them. For some reason, I don’t get those donation requests anymore…

We send them over to feeder clan to prove themselves and then think back of joining main clan. But once they feel superior in wars and other clan mates find them knowledgeable they begin to like feeder clan more and decide to stay.We also had friends, friend of friends, colleagues etc who join us we are generous with them.Also if you have higher donation ratio people often join to request troops.
