The interface is super easy to navigate. Scan direct into PDFelement interface is flawless The OCR is accurate and quick. Having the cloud is a nice add-on. Two issues: Constant updates... which some people may see as a positive. -and- My HP scanner has decided to save scans in a .jfif format... I have no idea when it changed, or if it was one of the Windows 10 iterations that did the changing, but PDFelement has no idea how to handle this file format. (MSWord converts it with no problem)
