One of my “favorite” complaints on my route is the time of delivery. I've had people tell me that they didn't get their mail until after 8pm but yet I had delivered all my mail and been home and showered by 5pm. Just because you TOOK THE MAIL OUT OF THE BOX at 8pm doesn't mean it was delivered then. Or when another carrier is sick and I do part of their route and the customer says in a snotty, condescending voice “wow, you're late! I usually get my mail by 8am!” I don't think so considering we all CLOCK IN AT 8AM and don't hit the streets until probably 9:30am.
