A2AIt may creep you out, but it's quite normal. It would be very odd if a company sent out emails to everyone..."Hey...we fired (insert your name) today." The exception is management. Although the employers don't say they have fired anyone, there are clues in the message. If the employer sends out an email, "We would like to announce that Jim Jones, Director of Sales will be leaving us effective (date). Jim will be spending more time with his family and working on his golf game." What this message tells you is that Jim retired on his own accord.However, if you see "We would like to announce that Jim Jones, Director of Sales will be leaving us effective immediately to pursue other opportunities. " This message is the "firing" announcement. Pretty much my rule of thumb is....if they don't tell you what the worker is doing next, or say to pursue other opportunities...then they were let go. If they send a really nice goodbye or have a replacement from the outside already announced, then it was a resignation.

A good brand name is something which makes you look twice.In today's date no one would look at Gmail thinking that it's a clever name because we are so used to it. But fifteen years back it would definitely be a clever acronym to connect the word email with the 'G' in Google.A similar example would be Facebook. It simply connected you with an album of all the faces of your friends….
