In particular, I would do Michael Littman's course at Udacity and Andrew NG's course at Coursera.2. Review statistics and linear algebra. There are very good MOOCs in these subjects too. I would probably start watching the lectures by Gilbert Strang at AcademicEarth or Youtube.3. Get into convex optimization by watching Stephen Boyd's lectures on convex optimization.4. Get some mini-degree (Udacity's nanodegree, Coursera's specialization...) on Machine Learning or Data Science.5. Improve your coding skills to a professional level by doing some "algorithms and data structures" MOOC.6. Do Artificial Intelligence Udacity courses.7. Start learning all the basics of deep learning and reinforcement learning.8. Get into some machine learning competitions to improve your current level with real task.9. Emulate state of the art results on deep learning and reinforcement learning results.Now, you are ready for any top-team job interview :)

A few ideas to share:At the onset, make sure you understand what you are learning, in terms of conceptual coherency and personal relevancy;Take notes and make notes of what you have learned;Recap, review, and reinforce - I often call it the 3 R’s Strategy - what you have learned upon your online learning endeavour;Recap, review, and reinforce, what you have learned when you are at home within 24 hours, prior to hitting the sack;Institute a spaced and distributed practice of lesson review, say within the next 7 days, next 30 days, next 60 days, next 90 days, until test/exam time. The purpose of this routine is to help you beat or circumvent the infamous Ebbinghaus Effect, or better known to students, as the Forgetting Curve;From time to time, do a self-imposed test/exam to check your memory recall. Doing past test/exam papers is one way to go about it;In conjunction with (5) and (6), you can extend all these learning routines with a Index Card Strategy, through the use of say 4x3 index cards to facilitate “learning-on-the-go”: while commuting and/or while waiting in queue.

It's quite simple, actually!This is how you go about it:1) Upon exit of a class lecture, before going to the next lecture, always spend some time to do what I like to call the 3 R's Strategy: Recap, Review and Reinforce, by asking yourself mentally:- what have learned?- what are the key ideas and salient point I can take away?- how can I grasp it all?2) At home, review your lesson of the day, or within 24hours.According learning experts, failure to do so with result in the loss of at least 80% of what you have learned.3) Institute a lesson revision/rehearsal over the next 7 days/ next 30 days/ next 60 days/ next 90 days/ next 180 days until final test/exam time.This is what the learning experts often define as spaced and distributed practice.4) The essence of what you are doing in (1), (2) and (3) is self-quizzing, the massive and consistent practice of which helps tremendously in your memory retention/recall.After all, this is an accepted reality: REPETITION IS THE MOTHER OF LEARNING!5) As an ancillary strategy, don't hesitate to spend inordinate amount of time and effort to tackle the past exam series, preferably under simulated test/exam conditions.In my view, this is some sort of a fire test of what you have done from (1) to (4)Also, don't forget to do a postmortem of every returned test/exam papers, especially those in which you have flunked.6) All the foregoing initiatives on your part are intended to help you to circumvent the deadly impact of the infamous Ebbinghaus Curve, or better known as the Forgetting Curve.7) Last, but not least, PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT!In a nut shell, nothing beats practice, practice and practice.
