👋 dear reader,I'm not sure about other coaching classes but I have experienced this personally.please check this answer of mine:-Riya Mishra's answer to How do Aakash classrooms look like?The Aakash have taken Rs 2,98,000 from us for 2 year medical course promising for all the basic amenities..They have done the biggest scam,here are the list of some:-They promised us that there will be only 30–35 students per batch but after 2–3 months of admission and paying fees they shifted the batch from 35 to 54 students students.I have opted for integrated course (in this course you only have to attend college for 2 days in a week),they never told us that the college will charge extra fees for integrated course but during the college admission the college took double the fees from us..Here in the classes they promised for basic amenities but there are only 2 toilets where you have to wait in a queue to use the washroom..On a bench where only 3 students could sit they forced 4 students to sit..Our class 11 physics teacher was not good,so the entire class demanded to change the physics teacher but they refused..now ou class 11 physics are weak and we have to study again.During the pandemic they demanded for fees on time and the one who didn't pay their online class access was cancelled..they took advantage of someone's situation..Even after taking fees on time during the pandemic they did not provide quality education..they combined 3-4 batches together which had 200–260 students..1 teacher taught 200 students..The list is endless,these kind of scams are common nowadays because education is business.. educational institutions are making money from such scams..

You get paid nothing for putting people to sleep as an Anesthesiologist.You get paid to wake people up who you have placed far closer to death than they have ever been all while their body undergoes immense surgical trauma. (Clarification: Get paid over costs for only about 1/3rd of the cases, the other 2/3rd, you do not get paid for but must perform secondary to your employment contracting.)You must perform with at least a 99,999 out of 100,000 rate of perfection or your career ends early and you will have killed another human being… you get to live with that, too. (A human death, by your hands, or on your watch, is still a human death.)You will experience near war-level trauma during your training and then unexpectedly and intermittently for your entire career. (Mental/nervous disorders causing doctor-disability, such as PTSD, are rising from some specialities, like Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology and Psychiatry.)You will be expected (from yourself, your colleagues, your hospital, and society) to be in 100% control, at all times - everything in that operating room outside of the surgeon’s scalpel.Some describe the job as 99% obsessive personality disorder level command and control and 1% sheer horrific nightmarish terror.I was told all this before I began my path in college to medicine… my response was, “sign me up for that!”And… it is the single best job on the planet as far as I’m concerned! Maybe CRNA is a close second, but anesthesia practice is simply fulfilling, purposeful, meaningful and interactive work. I miss it dearly since my disability in 2010.The path: To become an anesthesiologist you have to do well in high school, do very well in college AND do research (preferable publishable) AND show volunteerism, community involvement AND never mess up - no misdemeanors allowed - even the stupid ones. Then you have to get into medical school - extremely hard. Once there, you then have to compete against 200 people just like you for grades, honors, letters of recommendations and successfully get matched into anesthesiology residency - one of the top 25% of specialities to get into knowing that up to 1,000 graduated medical students each year DO NOT Match - in which case you are stuck being an Intern Doctor and/or leaving medicine with no career. Four to six years after that you will graduate from residency and/or fellowships (50% of anesthesiologists are doing fellowship work now) and then you get to be an Attending Anesthesiologist practicing in the United States… and “all you have to do is put them to sleep.”That’s the career-obstacle course for an Anesthesiologist. It is hard to get there for a reason.
