Somebody with a lot of land could build some simple housing to rent out to Libertarians at a nominal price. If 200,000 Libertarians were to move there. they could dominate the state’s politics. Not only would they have three electoral votes, but if they stayed there for a few years, they’d elect a U.S. representative, a couple of U.S. senators and a governor.Anyone planning to do this would be wise to build this housing in a bunch of different places around the state so they could form a majority of voters in many state legislative districts. That way there would be Libertarian majorities in both chambers of the Wyoming Legislature.

It is known fact that real estate is the important sector assimilating black money. There are innumerable smaller players of sale and purchase , builders with development agreement with the landlord without much of investment as loans from the banks, by collecting advance payment from the consumer. Perhaps there are few people in the Czech Republic who are not citizens or who are recent arrivals; but in the melting pot U.S.A., people must be citizens to take part in the decision-making processes that are going to be binding on the country. The “government of the people, by the people and for the people” ideal is a description of democracy, including the “representative democracy” of a republic. But “the people,” for participation purposes in the U.S.A., means the citizenry.The voting privilege did not always include all citizens, in the United States. For instance, women could not vote until after the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution. Even so, the redistricting of Congressional districts that followed a United States Supreme Court decision in 1964 was ascribed to “one man, one vote” thinking, which justices based on the “equal protection clause” in the Constitution.
