One of the ugliest tactics was used by Uber to undermine its competitor Lyft. It was codenamed as operation SLOG. I’ve been waiting since last week to see what the pardon actually said. Would Trump pardon Flynn of the crimes he confessed to or would it include something else?I found the pardon[1] breathtakingly broad. Sometimes I like to include an image with my answers, and this is the one that came to mind:Not only did Trump pardon Flynn for lying to the FBI, but he pardoned Flynn for all the other crimes listed in the Criminal Information.[2] and Statement of Offense, [3] that list the offenses Flynn was not charged with under his plea bargain. And not only was he pardoned for all of those crimes (including filing false information on his Foreign Agent Registration Act form), but he was also pardoned for anything connected to what Mueller investigated. And not only was he pardoned for anything that Mueller investigated, but he was also pardoned for anything Mueller had authority to investigate, whether he did or not. And not only was he pardoned for anything Mueller could have investigated, but also for anything subject to the two grand juries related to the investigation.Michael Flynn could have personally hacked into the DNC servers and sold Hillary Clinton’s emails to the Russian for a billion dollars and filed false federal tax returns, and he would be pardoned under this document.The saving grace if Flynn accepts this pardon, is that there is no question related to his relationship with Donald Trump that he cannot be forced to answer.
