How should one see Arvind Kejriwal?

I would just like to show some of his tweets on various issues, and then it's up to the people to decide what kind of a politician Arvind Kejriwal is.In the last 6 months a number of things took the lime light starting from the Dadri incident till the most recent death of the student in Hyderabad (18th Jan). Here are Arvind Kejriwal's views on all those incidents..CM of Delhi going to meet the family of ONE person who died in UP..Blaming PM of India for rapes..CM of Delhi commenting on a crime in Haryana..SRK said that the country has become extremely intolerant, CM of Delhi says "Proud of u SRK!"..OROP, something that concerns only the Center and not the Delhi CM..Aamir said his wife scared to live in the country, CM of Delhi says "very true"..When CBI raided the office of one of his minister's on charges of corruption (which they did find), it was termed as undeclared emergency..Why do you even care if Arnab Goswami is paid 5 crore? That's something between Arnab and the channel! What's a CM got to do with that? And lastly.. the suicide of the student in Hyderabad.PS - He is visiting Hyderabad today (19th Jan) to meet the protesters..And here he is in Hyderabad, asking Smiti Irani's sacking/resignation and for Modi to apologize to the nation because Smiti Irani's letter was anti-national and casteist but calling a PM "coward and psycopath" was totally alright :)And then on 22nd Jan,Now all these incidents took place in the past 3 months, and the CM of Delhi never failed to comment or should I rather say blame BJP for each of those incidents.Another recent event was that when ink was thrown at him, he also blamed BJP and Modi for that. This was what he tweeted everytime he was provided with security..And after the attack?*Facepalm*Woman throws ink at Arvind Kejriwal; Sisodia calls it 'BJP conspiracy'And the most interesting fact is that, he never tweeted a single line on the Malda riots! Not even a retweet! Reason? Because it didn't involve BJP or Modi. He didn't comment when muslims raised pro-pakistan slogans after Kamlesh Tiwari gave all those controversial statements. So it can be clearly understood that he doesn't tweet his sadness or his concern on any of those incidents because he cares, but he does it because it gives him a chance to blame BJP and especially Modi! All he looks for is political opportunity.I am not a BJP or a Modi supporter, I just want a good government irrespective of which political party he is from. We all wanted a different political leader, one who isn't like everyone else. And that's why we voted for Kejriwal and gave him full majority. But like everyone else he showed us that he is probably worse than the previous ones. Also note that I have only compiled his tweets since Oct 1, 2015. There are many more like these, but that would had made this answer too long than it already is.Edit 1: I see a lot of people asking about his governance and stats, well to them I would like to say that please go through the question and description once again. It didn't ask for comparison of stats with other politicians, it asked one's opinion on Kejriwal and I have provided just that. He is already famous for his U-turns and there are quite a few examples of them like..Supporting Lalu even though he tweeted long back that Lalu should be in jailCriticized the congress govt for corruption and vowed to expose all the corruption cases against Sheila Dixit and when he came to power, he gave her a clean chit? (wtf)!!He never uttered a single word on the extremely popular National Herald Case because it was against Congress and not Modi.Blamed Sheila Dixit for every single rape case and said that Delhi doesn't need such a helpless CM, but when he became the CM, he said that I can't stop rape as Delhi police is not in my control! (Well it wasn't under Sheila's control either was it?)Protested outside Sonia Gandhi's house demanding immediate hanging of the rapists and when he became the CM, not for once did he try to stop the release of the juvenile, instead helped him get a new identity (name, address) and gave him Rs 10,000.It isn't bothering me that he is just like any other politician or maybe worse, it bothers me that he desperately tries to prove that he isn't.Edit 2: On 26th January this year, India celebrated it's 67th Republic Day and this time the President of France, François Hollande was invited as the chief guest. Most of India's ministers were present in the ceremony and they all met the President of France. Every single one of them were dressed properly for the event except one, Mr Arvind Kejriwal, who decided to attend the ceremony in a very casual attire wearing sandals. This led to some debate in the news channels as to why the CM of Delhi didn't bother to dress up for such a big event and finally it led to one businessman from Visakhapatnam, who found it so embarrassing that he decided to collect money from people and send it to the CM of Delhi so that he can buy proper shoes. Read the full letter below..Engineer Sends this Open letter with DD of Rs 364 to Kejriwal to Buy Shoes so that He Might Not Embarrass India Again !! - Satyameva JayateOne can argue that it's not mandatory to wear shoes and there were no such dress codes, I agree, but one doesn't need to apply firm logic everywhere, some things are just common sense like you don't really want to attend a business meeting wearing shorts, do you?Edit 3:Here we go, the AAP government has finally completed one year in power in Delhi and an apolitical organization named Swaraj Abhiyan conducted a survey in Delhi to find out how things are shaping up in the nation's capital. The survey was conducted between 10 to 14 February, covering 10,000 Delhi residents in 70 assembly constituencies. The findings are listed below..77 per cent of people in the national capital believe that corruption has not gone down in government offices in Delhi.62 per cent said neither the electricity bills have come down nor are they getting 20,000 litres of free water every month as promised by the AAP government.86 per cent of the people surveyed said the Janlokpal Bill was not the same which was promised at Ramlila Maidan by Kejriwal.74 per cent felt that there was no clamp down on corruption at ration shops.82 per cent said they did not get old-age pension.80 per cent were of the opinion that women were unsafe in the city.87 per cent respondents claimed that CCTV were yet to be installed in their areas.85 per cent of the people claimed that the Primary Health Care (PHC) were yet to be opened in their areas. However, I would not ask anyone to blindly support the stats mentioned above as there could be manipulation, but it has been 3 days already and still now, none of the AAP members or the CM have dismissed the findings of this popular poll. So that's that.. :)77% Delhiites Say Corruption In Govt Offices Hasn't Decreased In AAP RegimeEdit 4: Hoping this is my last update. I randomly visited the twitter accounts of some of the most popular CMs of various states and these are the timelines that I noticed..CM of Gujarat, Anandiben PatelCM of Maharashtra, Devendra FadnavisOne of our favourite, CM of West Bengal, Mamata BanerjeeAnd finally, our favourite, CM of Delhi, Arvind KejriwalNotice how the first three Chief Ministers use their profiles to keep people updated on the day to day events and their work, and then we have Arvind Kejriwal's account, which is mostly filled with Modi chants and troll RTs against Modi.. :)I hope Delhi makes a better choice next time. Lots of people are requesting me to reveal my name, but I am not sure if I should do that. Anyway keep upvoting and sharing this answer to make people aware. Thank you all.Edit: Finally removing anonymity. Thank you all for your upvotes and comments.

What are the ways to improve a profile/CV to get selected in the top IIMs?

The information presented ahead is based on the achievements and CV points of various non-engineers who have made it to different IIMs. A collection of these data points helped me bucket them into solid pointers. Before we get to the pointers, you must look at the CV format that I have shared earlier in this post and understand what do I mean by buckets and how they help in making a good CV.The points using which you can improve your CV have been categorized into the following buckets:ScholasticInternships & Work ExperiencePositions of ResponsibilityExtra-CurricularAfter analyzing 50+ CVs of non-engineers, I've collated the things you can do to boost your profile.SCHOLASTICScholarshipsCollege Merit Scholarships - The rank holders at institute level are accorded with memorial awards and scholarships that can be added as a CV point.List of Other Scholarships in IndiaOlympiadsMost of them are conducted at the school level. For example, I used to write on Quora and was named the Top Writer 2018. So, I included this point. If you blog or have a YT channel, you can definitely put the statistics up here. After this, you might need a CV format to make your own CV. For that, I’ve uploaded the format we use here at IIM Ahmedabad in an editable doc format here - CV Format.docx.
