Which caused Theresa May, to lose her working majority in the house of Commons.As for actually winning this election…If the election is all about Brexit, then the answer is probably no…But if it’s about putting right the damage inflicted on the British people over the last nine years, of Conservative government misrule Then, The answer could, and should be yes…Practical realities…Although he is not the most popular of contestants, he is the most practical.He is urging voters to back him with a pledge, to "get Brexit sorted" in six months if he becomes prime minister. By renegotiating a new deal based on a customs with the E.U, and a referendum offering the option to vote for that deal or for Remain.He says that, and I quote…“The Conservatives want to hijack Brexit, to sell out the NHS and sell out working people, by stripping away their rights. Given the chance they’ll slash food standards (with the American trade deals), to U.S levels of rat hairs in Paprika, and maggots in orange juice if allowed, and they will put chlorinated chicken on our supermarket shelves. Given the chance, they will water down the rules on air polution, and our envoirenment, which at present, keep us safe.”So there we have an offer of a fresh renegotiation, tied to a customs union…Which will save jobs, and maintain trade with the E.U. along with with the referendum which so many people have been crying out for…Bringing it all back to the people. It also opens up the possibility of the Scottish SNP working with a Labour government to keep the Tories out of power for the next twenty years…No wonder they dislike Mr Corbyn so much.Boris explaing what a brick is, and how alike they are !…Whilst believing that we all suffer from the same deficiancy.Altrnative choices…Our alternative choices are Boris Johnson who can’t be trusted, with his talk of Brexit at all cost, regardless of the political, financial, and social cost. Blusterings, bullying, and hero worshipping of the American political populist, disaster Donald Trump, as he attempts to make gains from European losses. whilst being controlled by the sinister Dominic Cummings, with a background of Russian connections, Cambridge Analytica, and the ex-Trump cheif advisor Steve Bannon. Donald Trump has already stated, that Mr Johnson’s withdrawel deal, with the E.U. may well kill off any chance of an American trade deal. Which leaves us all down a political creek, without a paddle, so to speak.No doubt, Mr Trump will change his mind about this, as is his way, to try to gain control over the Brexit proceedings, and the trade aftermath. But how many times he does that, we have no way of knowing! So anything that Donald Trump says regarding any of this, must be taken with a large amount of salt.Liberal Democrats…Or of course we could all go back in time, and vote for the Liberal Democrats. Who deny the results of the first referendum, and will scrap the resultant votes results…Along with sharing the mythology of it’s leaders beliefs in her ability to become the next P.M.Jo Swinson…She Wants to go back in time, to before the referendum took place in 2016, so that she can deny that it ever happened. Ignoring the 17.5 million people who voted for Brexit…Whilst seeing herself as the person to lead the Country back to what so many people voted against with that same referendum…Who can forget the Liberal Democrats track record whilst in power with the Conservatives ?…Not a single nasty policy which was was carried out, during the horrendously damaging Conservative / Liberal Democrat coalition government, could have been achieved without their help…With a political, and social track record like that, perhaps the Liberal Democrats should remain where the British people dumped them in 2017…In the trash can…With the rest of the rubbish.Not much of a choice is it ?…But Jeremy Corbyn, looks to be the best of a bad field to back in this political steeple chase…The Remainers would be happier, the Scots would be happier, which will keep the UK union together, whilst the Brexiteers may decide that a full exit from the European Union, was never really on the cards to begin with, with so much at stake, and the possibility of becoming the 51st state of America by proxy, growing ever closer.Jeremy Corbyn…He really is the best way out of this mess, which the Conservatives got us into. Plus a Boris Johnson deal, which was so bad that he refused to allow parliament time to scrutinise it, preferring to shelve it instead, knowing full well that after a second reading it would be dumped.Beyond the Boris Johnson “Brexit” smokescreen…Imagine if you can, a clear picture in your head. Showing the nasty policies carried out by this Conservative government, whilst in power…The crippling austerity, food banks, the homeless, universal credit, bedroom tax, stopped benefits, not only of the unemployed, but also the sick and disabled. Zero hours employment, attempted destruction of the NHS, achieved destruction of the British steel industry, overiding of democracy, by allowing fracking to take place, people sleeping out on the streets, and increased suicides of destitute people, with no hope of rescue.Hold that picture in your minds…Then, imagine a screen being pushed in front of that clear image. The screen is coloured a murky grey, and contains one large word…”BREXIT”. The clear images of everything else which you need to see are gone…That is what the Government are attempting to do, with this election. Hoping to gain our votes, by replacing the reality of their nasty, and disasterous policies, with one overiding policy…The departure of the U.K. from the E.U. When other parties who should have supported Labour, refused to work together to achieve that aim. Because of their inability to unite together, the remain cause was lost.The Liberal Democrat leader Jo Swinson, the now former Member of Parliament for East Dunbartonshire, paid the price for not supporting the Labour leader by loosing her seat in parliament, and her position as leader of her party.In so many ways, this was not a General Election, about the running of the U.K. or the political and social problems of it’s people.It was actually a second referendum on leaving the E.U.In one years time, as the time runs out for agreed trade deals with the E.U.
