At one point my sophomore year after gym class my clothes were taken. Nothing was in any of the trashcans or dumpsters. All I had was a towel. I asked the gym teacher what I was going to do and he was definitely not going to help. So I walked down to the principal's office and she was yelling at me and really being mean. Until my grandmother arrived and she called my father (it was my maternal grandmother) they didn't like each other before the divorce and since it's been worse. Until today!!!! Dad went to school with my counselor, who sat and listen to how I was being treated. The worst part is that nobody has brought me a thing to wear and all I have is a towel. There were meetings all the following week and between my parents and grandparents and the teachers who were involved and some other things that they were not happy with was talked about in depth. All in all I was the reason for 4 teachers and 2 principal's being moved to other schools some of the other students were talking about me and some were wondering who I was. Turned out good but it was hard to find a friend with everyone spreading rumors about you because they don't know what is really going on.

When colleges start you as a freshman, they bill you as a freshman, then sophomore, then junior, then senior, because you're going to take full-time classes for each year and then graduate in the fourth year. If you decide to take classes part-time, then you will not be graduating at the same speed as the groups that I just described.That being said, if you continue to go to school all the way through summer and take additional courses when other students are on breaks, then you might be able to catch up and graduate at the same time. But I would not consider that to be part-time student status.In truth, the only people that can answer your question are counselors at the university or college where you are enrolled. They can tell you the difference between going to school full-time and part-time, and tell you how long it will take you to get your degree if you only want to take part-time classes. They can also help you if going to school part time is going to inhibit when you can do actual teaching course requirements in front of students.
