This includes domestic violence.Military will report all violent crimes including domestic violence as well as all dishonorable discharge.All medical facilities will report any diagnosis that leads to homicidal or suicidal ideations. And it has to be well documented. If a medical professional is found abusing this clause because of his beliefs, his license will be forfeited for a period of 20 years and is required to reobtain his license though med school, not grandfathered in. Yes the punishment is harsh, but that is because we do not want a medical professional making up diagnosises so people are no able to obtain firearms.On the 4473 it will be a mandatory minimum of 10 years if you lie on this form or attempt to do a straw purchase.If any medical, military, or jurisdiction voluntarily fails to report crimes or diagnosises they will be held criminally and civilly liable if an instance is not reported (like the parkland shooter) and the person in question commits a crime with a firearm.There will be a data base where all of this information is kept so it can be cross referenced against 4473's.A division similar to NCIC will handle all background checks. To make sure that the government is not collecting data on individuals purchasing firearms there will be over sight by both government as well as civilian over seers. Anyone attempting to mine data from the checks will prosecuted and if found guilty will receive a minimum of 5 years and up in prison depending on the severity.There will be a nationwide right to carry. If you want to carry consealed you have to have a certificate of completion from an accretided firearms class/instructor. This if for not only the safety of the public but also for the carrier. It shows proficiency with firearmsAll gun free zones will be abolished. Business cannot bar firearms all they can do is ask to have it consealed.Ammunition and firearm accessories are treated like firearms and are protected under the second amendment. Because you know if something like this were to be made into law the gun grabbing politicians would try to go after ammo and magazines.I know this post looks lengthy in the rules I propose, however all it is is getting the right information to the right people to keep guns from those that should not have them. I do not think that we should go back to the wild west where everyone could walk into the general store and buy a gun, but I also feel that the draconian laws we have now are not doing anything to help. Just remember when the government takes all the guns only criminals will have them.

At the time of ticketing one has to give the date of birth of the kid and based on that the ticket is issued. At the counter, the Date of birth certificate is rarely asked by the check in staff. So it is not necessary but still for your own safety, you may carry a DoB certificate of the kid/kids accompanying you.
