Dundee was a great trainer too but there is nothing wrong with coming second to Cus. Just to clarify this is in no way a ‘diss’ of the Rock, he’s a pretty incredible athlete in his own right, however Usain Bolt is also an incredible athlete but if you gave him a tennis racquet and told him to play Roger Federer he would still lose 10 out of 10 games.That’s the situation we have here - Tyson is trained to fight and he was one of the best in the world for a long time, he also has a childhood which involved constant street fights and violence. The Rock is trained specifically to not hurt the people he steps in the ring with. It’s no insult to the Rock, it’s just not his game.Edit 2:Ok, I didn’t think that I’d have to spell this out and I kind of feel like the asshole big brother telling his sibling the truth about Santa, but here goes: professional wrestling is not real guys. The Rock is a trained fighter in the same way that Mark Hamill is a trained Jedi, and the ‘People’s Elbow’ is roughly as effective in a real street fight as the Jedi mind trick.

Looking at it in reverse, it is highly unlikely that an elite pro will be sparring with another elite pro at 4am, because the sparring partner will obviously be asleep.Also consider the following fictitious scene:A world famous fighter will obviously attract a load of attention & distractions, if he goes for a jog in broad daylight on a main road…In reality, he doesn’t want this kind of attention before fight night.
