Depending on your inate talent.A good way to practice is to simply ask people how are they doing in the particular moment they express something you don’t quite get. Depending how you phrase it, it’s likely they will simply tell you the context of their expression without even knowing it.Another good way to practice is to watch good movies and series. While some may scold at this idea ( since acting doesn’t always represent reality trufully) there are some shows that actually incorportate purposely put facial expressions for those with a keen eye. Witch makes it worth noting that some people actually gain certain behaviours from shows they enjoy.Increasing your ability beyond the perscribed limit will require you to delve into other fields such as biology, and afew “chains” of psychology. Witch is dandy, but way too mutch work for the average person. Theoretically, you can hit a 99% success rate. But at the cost of losing your “normal” lifestyle.
