Writing A Probationary Evaluation: Fill & Download for Free

I submitted my first application at the last year of high school, and finally joined CCP when I was sophomore. It’s quite a long journey :)The first thing to do is contacting local party branch, and writing a long application to prove you are capable to be a party member. (If you are good enough, your teacher might suggest you to do so.)Local branch will organize a committee to review all these applicants. Basically they make decision based on: 1) How good is your study, 2) Ability and willing to organize activities, 3) Dedication to helping the society out of school. The bar is extremely high in high school, every year there are only 0~2 out of 100 students could pass the review. And I have failed 2 times.After the review, you will become a probationary member and get the opportunity to learn communism and maoism systematically. Probationary period usually last for 1 year, and your performance will be evaluated every month. For me, I focus on: helping other students’ learning; organize monthly activities offering community service such as fixing computer for free, some simple woodcraft.Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the final review after probationary period for the first time. Because I failed to kept high scores on study (what a shame). So local branch extended the period for another half year. I proved myself and finally joined CCP.

I have been involved in technical and creative writing at the professional level since 1956. My observation is that both well developed writing and speech skills are a definite advantage in any field of endeavor -- including social. Being able to speak well while facing an audience and/or authority figures is critical. Likewise, having the capacity to present ideas, arguments, opinions, etc. effectively is important.It should be noted, however, that no matter how well you perform in speaking and writing, your competence in your work trumps all. In my business my hiring interviews were about 10% of my decision making. The evaluation at the end of a probationary period was the remaining 90%.

about 90 percent of the CCP member has nothing to do with politics whatsoever. The party recruits at grassroots level. Easiest entry is during undergrad. After graduation, one goes on to his/her life, work, etc. If one wants to get involved in the government, then one takes the civil service exam, pass the exam, pass the oral, or interview, pass the background check, bam, you are low level state worker. Ministry of Organization evaluates your performance annually, by comparing your performance with criteria, peer interviews, superior interviews.Most of the CCP members don't vote either. There are several places I know practice election as a selection method, for example village managers, some grassroot level NPC and CCPCC members. But citizenship is the requirement, which position to vote for depends on your residency. But the participation rate is poor, and the village level election is really, really producing fucked up results, and a lot of discontent.To get into CCP, you must be an adult with Chinese nationality, you write an application letter, send it to secretary of the party committee in your school, or company, or street committee. Maybe then you get an invitation to participate in the training courses, in the mean time you write reports about what you learn and your opinion and theory about communism, about the country, etc. If you are qualified, and there's slot open, you get admitted in as a probationary member. Then they evaluate your job, track record, performance, etc. pass the background check, get one to vouch for you (usually your parents, or superior, if you can't find anyone normally your party secretary would do it), participate in a vow ceremony, you are in.
