Sure. Probably. Maybe. It’s too early to tell. We don’t really know but we hope so.The governor of New York is following the lead of other states who are following ideas from others that might reduce the risk of transmitting this highly contagious and a little mysterious (well, it’s still new) disease from one person to another.Don’t throw blame.
