I don’t know whether this will be counted as a Secret or not… but I don’t want to live. I hate everything about my life. There’s not even a single thing in my life which can make me happy.I am an Indian girl born and brought up in a conservative family. My childhood was full of restrictions as my parents believe that girl should be well mannered and simple and all other stupid things. My father always thought that he will make me educated (12th class) and get me married due to that he sent me to Govt. school.I was not allowed to have friends, neither I could visit to a friend’s place nor my friends were allowed to come to our house. I wanted to learn new languages, wanted to go to dance class, school trips and other hobbies too. But was never allowed to follow my dreams.I was not allowed to wear jeans, no makeup, long hair with a braid. After I completed my 12 class, I did graduation from correspondence despite of having a good percentage.After I completed my graduation, when my parents started looking for alliance, most of them were looking for girls who are professionally qualified and are working. I was sent to computer institute, few short term courses and I started working for a private firm.I always used to wear salwar kameez to the office. Because of my look no body used to talk to me as they thought I am old fashioned. People used to make fun of me behind my back.After being rejected by almost every alliance. I was allowed to wear jeans to look modern. My mother took me to the parlor for a hair cut and I still used to tie my hair in a braid, which actually made me look more dumb. The problem is now after so many years I am used to of the life I’ve lived.I don’t do makeup, wear simple clothes which has nothing to do with fashion. Don’t go to parties, don’t have friends. I am beautiful but they all are looking for modern girl to get married which I am definitely not.Due to my educational background I am earning much less as compared to others. Can’t even imagine myself working in a big firm, my communication skills are not good.My parents appreciate all other kids who are achieving good things in life, appreciate my cousins who are good in dance, education or any other activity, the same things which I was not allowed to do.I really hate everything about my life. I hate my parents. I hate everything and don’t want to live anymore. I don’t have any ambition in life. I just get up in the morning and go back to sleep in the night. No idea what I am doing in between.I was never loved by anyone. Got rejected by everyone for marriage. My parents do not understand my situation or they don’t want to understand as somehow they are responsible for this. I have no idea of the feeling of being loved by someone. When I see men taking care of their women be it GF or wife, I feel so sad and think will I ever be able to understand this feeling. Will there be anyone who will do the same for me?I feel lonely. I cry at night and nobody knows. Next Morning I pretend everything is normal. Sometimes I start crying without any reason. I don’t know what my future is going to be. Though this answer is not going to change my present situation. But I wanted to write this.

Is cheating in high school ever okay? All it is is mountains of tests on stupid, irrelevant-to-life subjects, college level classes, scientific equations, and advanced complex math. None of it has to do with life, so why do I need to know it?As I write this, the question is almost a year old. None of it has to do with life, so why do I need to know it?In a nutshell, Ms. Williams boasts that she cheated a lot - every chance she could - to provide answers, test questions, homework, and other forms of ‘help’ to students because “the system isn’t fair.”I simply cannot fathom why someone who works in the field she does would write this answer and post it publicly.The owner and operator of a writing and editing company admitting that she cheats? Even if she doesn’t do it now, according to the answer it’s clearly in her moral makeup. The last thing I’d want (and I’m actually looking for a decent editor) is to know that my writing or editing coach advocates plagiarism, cheating, and dishonest citations.Even now, after leaving school, she doesn’t seem to realize that she didn’t just cheat the system, she cheated the legitimate students from earning their place in the class ranking, especially if the grades were curved or scaled. But it’s unfair to everyone. The rules of the game were designed to run the educational assembly line as efficiently as possible. Everyone had to deal with the same structure.Did she do everyone’s homework? Did she do everyone’s tests? No? Then she added to the unfairness, not ameliorated it.Worse, she was a sucker. She got used. She just got taken for a ride - She exchanged her value as a student for the lack of value of other students. For what? Did she get paid? If so, she was willing to prostitute herself for those who were able to pay in preference over poorer kids who couldn’t.Did she want people to like her? Well, that’s even more sad. She became a cliché: “If I do your homework for you, will you like me?”Or did she just do all that extra work just to “stick it to the man?” Such noblesse. Very subversive. That one ongoing act of defiance certainly led to the upheaval of the educational process and… oh, wait.Honestly, I looked over her website and all I could think (after reading this) was… I wonder where she got this from? Who did the actual work here? You need to know how interest works. That’s math.Want to learn carpentry? Better learn angles and scientific equations.Want to avoid getting cheated on a contract? Better bone up on your vocabulary and reading comprehension.Want to avoid looking like a moron in casual conversation? Better learn your history.If you have someone else do the work for you, you are letting that person get ahead. At some point it will come down to who can demonstrate that they can put the pieces together, and invariably the person who cheated through high school will eventually fail. as Dave Consiglio entertainingly pointed out.But it still baffles me as to why any professional - who makes a living trying to convince people her work is original - confesses she’s a cheater. That’s a real head-scratcher.
