TunesGo No Go! Read all reviews. I'm sorry I didn't find this site before this. I'm adding my two cents now. Download after purchasing failed to load. "File Corrupt" msgs popping up multiple times. I reached out to customer service. They sent me a new link. My Symantec Endpoint protection launched download warnings because of unfamiliar files. I tried to let it install and immediately received "file corrupt - get new download" msg again. I just sent customer support another email letting them know this. As I am writing this review, my antivirus launched "THREAT DETECTION" warning. Found and quarantined Trojan dwhc738.exe. I tried to google this and no info is found. Is this something so new that Google doesn't yet have info, yet config similar to something known in that Endpoint Protection quarantined it? After reading everything else posted here and noting my experience the last two days, I suggest people find another answer to problem that brought you to this software to begin with. This is a Chinese based company. Who knows what's going on with software development today. I have a bad feeling about this now...
