After training, they spend money on retention of the staff.5. All electricity paid is 10-15 % higher from domestic unit charges. Which again may surprise you. Heat ‘Light and Power is the either second or third major expenses for hotel apart from raw materials.6. Moreover, they try to maintain the A-Z availability of items throughout the season and off-seasons.7. Every product /items detail checked done regulerly without any dent or experiey ‘example once a small scratch in any product ‘fixtures, furniture cutlery crockeries goes for immediate replacement. All food hygiene also maintain to the highest level. It takes hours to check ,count,prepare checklists every single day to ensure all small things are in order every single moment.8. All product use are best and world-class and comes at a heavy cost.9. The hotel has 100+ License to renew every year at hefty cost ‘some expenses and licenses may surprise you. Like license for TV,license for music ,license for events ‘license for smoking (new) I will tell you out of 365 days a single license goes for renewal maybe every day.10. Most of the dishes go with accompaniment which also has added cost and time to consider.11. Most of the employee qualified and they have particularly chosen to study for years just to serve you you the meal. it's almost like a Ph.D. on that subject. Small items they can make and present in awsome ways ..literally 100 ways if situation demand.12. People work in a 5-star hotel must have spent/invested a good amount of money and time for education and skill learning.13. A professional remember your test ‘ favorite items and most of the time they have in-depth knowledge of the egg how to serve and he knows an egg how it can be served 100 ways.14. Finally, a star hotel is self position in a way ‘so that they want to sale only 10 eggs a day and only the few person can show as the customer who has the capacity to pay the bill & enjoy the exprience which is not ordinary. if either the price or the standard remains low that won't be a 5star for long.15. Lastly, the initial investment itself is very huge and no one can sell the items at an ordinary rate. When the return will come? Imagine yourself as the owner of the hotel and think of the amount spent and you will find 200 reason why egg at 1700 is justified.16. Again if you consider some marketing expenses and good will expenses than price further increases.Hence selling at higher rates has been calculated and priced accordingly and its need for the management to stay alive to serve those who really want an experience. So make worth it to choose accordingly rather than complaining about the business model. This business has sustainable model and not been created overnight. We should make ourselves deserving for the best rather than pulling something down.

I wouldn’t recommend it.Bedbugs are not so easy to treat properly. When I was in pest control, my company had a Customer Preparation Checklist, which included bagging all clothing, clearing out all rooms entirely, laundering all clothing and bedding, leaving the house for at least four hours after treatment, and then a follow-up inspection/treatment a week later. You’d be amazed at how many people did not properly prepare according to the checklist. If the technician arrived and the home was not properly prepared, we were told to walk out and not return until it was done.This policy was enacted to make sure our treatment was as thorough and effective as possible. A three-bedroom house could take a couple of hours to treat. And we were trained professionals.If you think you, as a layperson, can do a better job, go right ahead. Just have the number of a professional pest control company handy when you still experience problems a few days later.
