All of them are A320 pilots!They belong to the June 2016 batch, the month their training completed. They began as candidated facing exams and interviews and they ended as pilots.No offense, but this question makes no sense. Yes IndiGo cadet pilot program guarantees employment as soon as you pass your selection test. You will be handed a letter of intent and you sign a contract stating “minimum years of service to Indigo”.IndiGo needs pilots thats why they made this program in the first place. If they don't want to employ new pilots they wouldn't have created this program or should all the posts be filled they will simply suspend the program till the need is felt for more pilots.IndiGo cadet pilot program is not a flight school or training contractor. They won't train you to go free after your training. You are branded as an IndiGo pilot the moment you sign the contract.

Let me tell you my story.I got selected in Capgemini at the Campus drive in my College. I remember the date, the recruitment process began on 5th of September and ended on 6th. The selected candidates first received a Letter Of Intent around a month after selection. I graduated in 2016. The End Semester exams ended around 1st week of May. The 1st batch of the selected candidates(Around 5–6 people were in a batch) got a call and offer letter in the last week of May and they joined the organization on 30th of May 2016. Gradually every batch was being called after a week or 2 weeks which consisted of around 4–5 people per batch. Please note that these 4–5 people are from same college. The batch in the company will consist of around 35–40 people in the same domain. Capgemini believes in Diversity, so it will call people from around the country where the recruitment has taken place for a batch. The batch will consist of people from North, South, central and North-East India. They will pick up around 5–10 people from each region which further forms the Freshers batch for a particular domain.Due to this feature, It might take time for all the people from the same college to get the joining within the same span. During mine, it ranged from May 2016-December 2016. On what basis do these people give a call is beyond our imagination. Still, we can sometimes predict it, like in alphabetical order or something like that.Stay calm, you will surely get your joining as the company has hired you and its their need to give you the joining. A deposit will be required along with your application.Fill out the application and submit along with a letter of intent to take the exam, certification credentials, letters of recommendation, a letter of support from your current job and an up-to-date resume.Study the manual given to the candidates prior to the exam. The test requires skills evaluation in eight different segments of cooking including Buffet Catering, Global Cuisine and Baking and Pastry. The manual describes the elements and activities for each segment, giving candidates an opportunity to prepare.CertifyI apprenticed with a variety of executive chefs, old school all the way. My forte is French cuisine and I not only loved it but I lived it, I married my career. When I rounded out with my final apprenticeship in 1994 at Swiss Lakewood up at Lake Tahoe, I headed back to Tucson. I found a continental restaurant that I knew I could land the executive chef job even if I started out on the grill/broiler, it took three months. The restaurant and kitchen just needed a guiding hand and a consistent touch, the restaurant earns the stars. I stayed there for four years, six days a week, 16hrs a day. It took it’s toll on my body, cooking old school is cooking everything from scratch. I also worked sauté which was 75% of the menu and we offered 135 dishes. When I had saved up the money to take the exam if I was accepted, my knees blew-out, then my arm tendons followed. I was a pinch away from my dream.
