They have really simplified what would indicate a breeder is operating a puppy mill. It's important for everyone to know how to spot a puppy mill so they can avoid them and possibly report them to local authorities. They may or may not really care about where the puppies on their site come from. They facilitate the transaction between puppy sellers and buyers, and collect whatever their ad fee is. Hopefully they genuinely care and will promptly remove a seller if there's any indication they are running a puppy mill operation.
