Travel Request & Hold Harmless Agreement 2014 - International: Fill & Download for Free

Due to my idiotic manager…Company name - Wipro technologiesAfter completing my B.Tech, I joined this company. I was moved into several projects but they didn't give me any relevant work.Suddenly, I was moved out of the project as the client had insufficient money. I was told that I would be put in a development project. I was happy that atleast after 2.5 years I will get a development project.But when I reached the delivery manager's chamber, everything changed.She told that there is no such project available. If there is so, then it has been scraped. I was in a state of shock. I thought of working in a Dev project and now I am in free pool (working in no project). But somehow I was tagged to some project. I was then called to my delivery manager's chamber. She asked me to move to Pune and work from there. She told me to raise a travel request. I went to my system, opened the company portal and saw that I need to provide start and end date for travel to raise a travel request. ( Ha had never raised before)I called up to my delivery manager and asked her-Me: “Hello ma’am, can you please let me know the start and end date so that I can raise a travel request ?”Manager: “Why are you so excited about going to Pune ? I know you will not work there. You will only roam. I will reject if you will raise one.”What the FUCK ? It was only 15 mins ago she asked me to go and raise a travel request. I tried to make her understand that you only asked me to raise the travel request and now you are saying no.I was dumbstruck. I got to know that they are just playing with my career. It has to be me, who has to do something to get out if this problem.I returned to my ODC. Sat there for sometime, calmly. Took out my phone, downloaded naukri app, prepared my CV and uploaded there.I got 2 calls in next 3 days. Gave interviews for both. Got selected for both. I chose the one with higher package of 7 LPA ( I was getting 3.5 LPA here). And I put my papers in next week.(put my paper means that I resigned)From the day I have put my paper, she has not spoken a word with me. Our entire team was surprised. I was feeling good at that time.I am writing this on my last working day (after 60 days)Hope you enjoyed my struggle.Please get out of the organisation if you are not getting what you deserve.ThanksEdit 1 : A big thank you to all of you. I just wanted a smooth exit.Edit 2: I see that a lot of people are asking why the team members were surprised after my resignation ?Well, they were surprised because they thought I would be in that company for next 2–3 (atleast). Because, they made me think that I am a loser, told me that you have escalations on you and when I asked to give me the escalation mails, they told me some random stuffs.

My employer changed the formula for how sales staff commission was calculated. Previously the formula was a certain percentage of the profit on the sale. The new formula was a smaller percentage of the total price of the sale.That quarter the factories were busy, and sales volume reports were looking terrific. Travel requests were getting approved, and statements were issued to investors about gains in market share. The stock price climbed.Suddenly two months into the quarter the mood changed. Those of us on the R&D side who were planning to attend a major conference were told to cancel. The supply cabinets would not be restocked. What had happened?It turns out that the new incentive plan had a side-effect that should have been obvious. Rather than spending hours or days negotiating with customers toward a price that gave us a good profit, our sales staff were going into negotiations with opening bids at or even below cost! Sure, that meant a little lower commission than if they made the sale at the typical profit, but it meant that they were almost guaranteed to win the bid rather than risking losing the bid to our competitors (as happened half the time), so their net commissions increased! Sales volume increased, factory output and shipments increased, but profits plummeted!They went back to the previous commission formula immediately.
