Medical Form Fill Up: Fill & Download for Free

I am a Combat Medic in the US Army. I have been in since 2005 and as of today it is 2020. All Soldiers are still issued 2 one quart canteens, 2 canteen cups, and most soldiers (not all) are issued 2 quart canteens inside of an insulated casing with a long strap. Additionally, and where the question asked probably became misinformed is that we are also issued camel backs.Now, many units may only require their soldiers to wear only a camel back, but I require my medics to have their 2 one quart canteens and canteen cups as part of their kit. The reason for that is they are more durable, they can keep their camelback with their assault pack in a staging area while maintaining a source of hydration on them which leads to additional water carrying ability, and canteens are easy to fill up in bulk. I can task 2 soldiers to fill up 16+ canteens relatively fast. Everyone just has to toss their labeled canteens into a bag and off those two trot. If they had to fill up camelbacks, it would weigh so much more after they fill them up and it would take forever for the soldiers to remove their camelbacks and put them back on.As for the canteen cups, I’ve almost never eaten out of them but it is indispensable for shaving my face in the field. I walk up to my gun truck or ambulance, rotate the mirror, then shave with with the water in the cup.Sometimes the old simple ways are the best. In the military simplicity is usually the best way to design gear. We may make more advanced pieces of equipment but at the end of the day the basics like a canteen, boots, and a knife are still needed.

Hi guys, wanted to answer this question since a long time.This was my second attempt in NEET.I scored 467 in NEET 2019. At that time my parents were ready for a private college also. Still I missed getting admission by 25–30 marks(Thank God). At that time I made up my mind that next year I will get admission in a government college only(preferably in Mumbai) and that too in the first round itself. I worked very hard, this time sometimes I used sleep at 12 am and wake up at 4 am. Solved 100s of questions for physics, watched so many videos for organic chem, read the NCERT atleast 10 times. I think all that hardwork,the sleepless nights finally paid off.I scored 642 in NEET 2020. I filled up the state counseling form, KEM was my first preference and Nair was second. I got admitted to Topiwala National medical college (Nair) on 18 th November 2020. It was a very tiresome process though, filling up so many forms, submitting documents,etc. I am completely happy with the college that I got and I look forward to this exciting journey as an MBBS student.Signing off,Viraj Warang.

Yes. I walked home from the hospital one afternoon feeling tired and generally “bad”. Laid down to take a nap which, surely would be the cure. Nope-felt much worse. Ok, then, the absolute cure-all would be a nice hot bath. Ran a lovely bath and slipped in. Within 30 seconds I felt horrible, very dizzy, like my legs were filling up with cold cement. Slipped over the edge and plopped onto the floor, called for my husband who came to help, whacked me on the head with the bathroom door (it was a small bathroom) and asked “Oh goodness Sweetheart, what is wrong?” As I had ended up laying on one hand and detected a pulse so fast I couldn’t count it, I said “I feel like I am acute atrial fibrillation, take me to the hospital.” He called for our son and they carried me post haste to the truck and 2 blocks to the hospital where the diagnosis was confirmed and treated. The moral of the story is: pay attention to your body and if you are feeling really, really bad, go to the ER, not to a hot bath. :-)
