If the warrant is only to search my house and not my person, I’d be inclined to simply take an x-acto knife and slice a hole just above the padding on the bottom of my hiking boots on one side of the boot, then cram the USB into that crevasse, then superglue the exterior slit shut. The cut shouldn’t be terribly visible, even if I were forced to take my boots off and pass them over to the investigating officers. In order for them to find it, they will have cut open the side or bottom of the padding on those boots. A very easy, free way , is to fill your SD card with 32GB of old photos, or videos, and then see if you can the open/play last ones you have written to the memory chip. A a good chip they will all work, on a bad chip only the first 4 or 8GB will work. NB fake memory chip will show a good directory, so do not be fooled by this.
