I am answering with my recent 5 month achievement. I figured you could multiply it by two as I am doing to see final results. I'm 38 years old was..181 lbs. In this before photo last week of Sept. this year.Now I am at 157 lbs. Pic taken two weeks ago end of February.I got a YMCA membership October 25th 2018 so I am barely in my 5th month.First thing I did was I cut out all sugars and started loosely trying to have a caloric deficit and ate strictly whole foods. I went to gym 3–4 days a week doing light weights and for first two months all cardio and weight machines to get my fat off before building muscle. I swim four laps in pool then treadmill for an hour and alternate between fast hopping sprints (bringing my knees up to waste while running) to slow high encline walking. I then would do free weights and such for about half hour.I'm going for a 6 and 12 month challenge so this month I'm in beast mode going 5 days a week heavy weights and super strict diet with vegan and protein shakes. Worth ever bit of effort to get here.This after photo was before and after about 3 months. Since then losing most my fat I've seen incredible gains finally. I'm saving my recents for my 6 month post!!This app I put my head on this body before I started. My friends got a nice chuckle out of it. This is what I am aiming to achieve or close to it..I'll have last laugh!!!Edit..here's my eight month update!! Took these this weekend (May 4th 2019. .;) #dadbodEDIT- Ok I'm at my 9 month mark still hitting gym everyday (weekends off) for an hour and keeping on my diet. I started cycling now it's summer. I'm still seeing gains and I started being able Todo zero pullups and now do 5 sets of 10 everyday. This is awesome thanks for support guys!! What's the one thing I can do every day to become a great husband?

I am 21 years old and I am in a relationship since an year! Yes, she is the one, and I have been feeling that way since the first time I saw her 6 years back. We generally do talk about our lives after we are married, and I tend to keep a small list of little things that I can do for her. Here it is, if it helps you too! :)1. Every time she tells you that she wants something or she wishes of something subtly, may be a new dress you people saw while window shopping, or just another set of pillows or anything else for that matter, make a note, and surprise her with that anytime later.2. Get her flowers randomly while coming back from work. It need not be everyday, and it will not be costly or something very great, but it will make her feel special.3. Menstruation is a taboo here, in India. Talk to her about it openly. May be she has really painful weeks. Get up early on her toughest day and prepare her breakfast. Get her chocolates or her favorite sweet while coming back that day. They are really moody during that part of the month, and little pampering perks them up. And yes, if you are travelling during that part of her month, make sure that she finds clean toilets and she has enough of her pads.4. Make it a habit, that no matter what happens the entire day, you both talk to each other at the end of the day before sleeping. It need not be a long one, anything that fills both of you would be wonderful. There's nothing loving than a person talking to you as much as you want him to listen.5. Don't let your fights see the morning sun. No love story is perfect and no couple is perfectly compatible. Everyone has issues. Me and my girlfriend have a pact to talk about anything that is disturbing us before we sleep.Edit:You can finish your fights by hugging her (after you both have mutually talked about it and resolved the issue, don't use it as a back door) and telling her how much she means to you.(Credits: Shilpa Karwa)6. Compliment her when she dresses up. She might be humble or you might feel she knows you love her, but a little compliment here and there never hurts. Everyone likes them.
