I purchased CocoDoc AllMyTube for Mac on 1/28/17. Upon trying to use it, I found it didn't seem to be able to do what I needed it to do. There was absolutely no customer support available. First, the online chat only allowed 20 characters to explain the problem. After pressing enter, a notice tells us there will be no customer support until Feb. 3. I received an e-mail confirming my purchase and with contact information for any needed support. The links did not work. Also, I needed the product for a simple task: To download a Youtube video, place it on a flash drive, and they play it from the flash drive on other peoples' Mac hardware. It appears this simple task is not possible from the product I purchased, although there have been other products available for free that do it for free. unfortunately, I can't find them now. Anyway, simple is possible. When I realized I could not get my questions answered and would not be able to use the product when I needed it, I tried to cancel, only to find that you cannot cancel and get reimbursement.
