There are plenty of items which are dependent on Aadhaar Card. Hence, it is essential for us to correct and keep every detail of the Aadhaar Card proper.Please ensure to update/correct all the required details at one go. No need to roam around the Aadhaar Enrollment Centers several times by leaving all your important works and most importantly no need to stand in long queues.Hope everyone of you might have observed the power of Life. If you had really experienced the real magic of life, i.e., When you find your time in-spite of your busy schedule to get your Aadhaar Card updated, gathered all the required information, forms and you visited Aadhaar center. Now here comes the twist - Aadhaar Card staff will come and tell you either Server is down (or) Network is slow (or) Bio-metric Device is not working (or) the person who is allocated to do the Aadhaar Card updation is on leave (or) power breakdown.When you hear these kind of reasons all your hopes will get collapsed. You might have come with a hope that all your work will be done without any hurdles. But, believe me guys Life is always a Prick. So, please take it seriously.You will never know, at what time you will be put into troubles. I got my Aadhaar Card during 2011 but I got e-KYC issues with EPFO during 2019 due to Name Format in Aadhaar Card. So, you will never expect what’s the importance of Aadhaar Data and when.Father’s Name: Surname also having the equal importance as your name. Keep the format of your Father Name proper without any spelling mistakes. Always ensure these two details are matching with your 10th certificate. Also, kindly remember your Father’s Name is also considered during EPFO e-KYC.Date-Of-Birth:- You need to ensure that your DOB is correct and is appearing on the Aadhaar Card in DD-MM-YYYY format. Just appearing Year of Birth in Aadhaar is not suffice.Mobile Number & E-Mail:- Get your mobile number and e-Mail registered with your Aadhaar Card. It has it’s own importance with regards to Tax filing and when you update any Aadhaar details then an OTP will be sent to your mobile. Hence, it is always better to register both E-mail id & Mobile number.Get Aadhaar Update Request Form from near by xerox shop and fill all the details properly including mobile number.Do visit your nearby Aadhaar Enrollment Center. You can follow the instructions as guided by them.Address: Last but not the least. Ensure to update your Address without any mistakes. In order to change your address there is a separate process for this.Residence Certificate is needed. You need to affix recently taken passport photo in Residence Certificate.
