ATM fees has hit a record high for 15th year straight and will go up more. Will it change the pattern of ATM withdrawals? What will be the methods for quick access to cash instead of ATM with high fees?

I haven't heard this statistic but I'm not sure how a $3 fee can be a result of annual increases for 15 years. Regardless of that unless someone is withdrawing money every day from a nonmember ATM I just can't see an overwhelming change in how people access their money. Personally I use cash very little and probably use an ATM only 3-4 times per year. I guess if I used an ATM daily or weekly I would make it a point to go to a member machine…or the bank itself. ATM fees are too easy to get around so unless I'm missing something I wouldn't think it would be a significant game changer.
