I’m going to put forth a slightly different take on this question. First let me say that I don’t believe Secretary Clinton has rigged the 2016 primary, but she has run it in a very different manner than her 2008 attempt. Why? Because she and we are still figuring out how a woman, specifically, can mount a successful presidential campaign.Mrs. Clinton has experienced many of the difficulties that strong female candidates run into when they try to adopt strategies successfully used by their male counterparts. Where “he” is confident and strong, “she” is strident and shrill. Where “he” is forceful, “she” is abrasive. The American electorate is uncomfortable with women who try to adopt the strategies and characteristics of successful male candidates. (Don’t get me started on how many questions male vs. female candidates have to answer about their clothing, jewelry, and hairstyle.)This time around, instead of doing the best she can with the Successful Male Candidate handbook, Sec. Clinton has taken an alternate approach. Over the last eight years, she has cultivated good relationships with lots of Democratic Party elected officials - the superdelegates who will have a vote at the nominating convention. She has worked tirelessly to help down-ballot Democrats win their races both in the upcoming election and in the off-season. She had channels set up almost a year ago to funnel some of her campaign funds to state-level Democratic election committees. This is unheard-of for a candidate who has not yet officially sewn up the party’s nomination. If you look at Clinton and Sanders in terms of their down-ballot support activities, the difference is laughable.In other words, Clinton has bolstered her campaign by playing to strengths that are traditionally viewed as feminine. She has focused on interpersonal relationships and on supporting her less-illustrious colleagues. Working almost entirely behind the scenes, she has built herself a solid and loyal support network within the Democratic Party. Whether she will be able to parley that into General Election success remains to be seen, but it’s worked out splendidly for her in the primary.Just to be clear, I’m not suggesting that Clinton has used this new approach to perpetrate election fraud. She’s a candidate who knows the nominating system inside and out, and she’s done an excellent job maneuvering within that system to secure the nomination this time around. She still had to win the popular vote (which she did, handily), but once she did that, she had the vast majority of superdelegates ready to line up in support of her candidacy. That was very well-played, and I’ll be interested to see if this strategy becomes part of the Successful Female Candidate handbook.

LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE EXAM PREPWell I just passed the LEED green associate exam a few weeks backs and thought of sharing my experience of this exam. I passed the exam with a score of 177/200.Firstly I would like to mention that I had completely relied on all the free material available online except for one book i.e. the LEED V4 GREEN ASSOCIATE book by Adam Ding, the hard copy of the book costs for around 2319/- and the kindle version is available at 500/-.To start off with how much time does one need to prepare for the exam. For me it took a month to prepare. Although I feel if you are a professional working in this industry, 2-3 weeks is sufficient.Everyday around 4-5hrs of study is adequate.As far as LEED GA is considered there is no eligibility. Only thing recommended is the candidate should have some knowledge of green building practices or some basic information of designing.The exam contains of 100 multiple choice questions for 200 marks with a minimum passing of 170.The exam as a total is of 2hrs 20min, including the tutorial at the start of the exam and a small survey at the end of the exam.The result of the test can be seen immediately after the exam i.e. pass/fail, the exact score is mailed to you within 24hrs.Now most importantly, the study material that I used, all the material mentioned below is free and available online, the link for which have also been mentioned.• LEED V4 Green Associate Book by Adam Ding (Buy New Leed V4 Green Associate Guaranteed: Updated With New Leed V4! First of all download their CFPS candidate handbook from NFPA website. Check whether you are eligible for CFPS certification. Complete the application form and the necessary documents and submit it by email. You have to provide your credit card information to them in your application for them to deduct the appropriate fees.But make sure that you can procure the Fire Protection Handbook here in India. Go through NFPA catalogue website and see how you can order the handbook.The Fire Protection Handbook is compulsory in original form and no Xerox copies are allowed in examination centres. The examination centres are there in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and other locations. All these information is available on NFPA website.NFPA will acknowledge the acceptance your application by email and deduct the examination fees. Also you will be provided with NFPA email and password. Once you are near ready for the examination, use the log in credentials provided by NFPA, and schedule the examination at the centre of your choice.Once your examination is over then by three to four weeks time they will forward your results.
