Food Thought Job Application: Fill & Download for Free

So you're going to tell someone you know is homeless to leave a spot where he isn't bothering anyone, knowing full well that he's got nowhere else to go, and what you're planning on giving him is a job application? I see a few potential issues here, aside from the pointless cruelty of asking him to leave.If you want to give the man some genuine and realistic assistance, you may want to ask him what he needs. Most homeless people are able to both hear, speak and carry on conversations. Like most people, they like it when you ask for their opinion before making decisions that affect them. He might appreciate it if you were to allow him to use the bathroom in peace and perhaps clean up a little, since appearing homeless means that most employees will shoo you out of their restrooms as though you were a dog. A homeless woman might need tampons. Maybe it would be helpful if he could make some phone calls or check his email? Perhaps he’d like some food, or maybe he'd be willing to do an odd job or two for some cash.The second potential issue with giving him an application has to do with his chances of actually getting a job there. Are you even hiring? Would whoever does the hiring consider a candidate whose appearance caused you to ask him to move away from your business a few days earlier? Will your boss be okay with it if the man doesn't have valid ID and a permanent address? Will the likely gap in the man’s resume, a potential criminal record (being homeless puts you at higher risk of runins with police and a criminal record can make finding a home difficult) or a history of mental illness make him ineligible for the job? Handing someone a job application for a job that you'd never actually consider them for isn’t helpful or kind, which brings me to the third and final problem….What is motivating you to hand the homeless man a job application? If you were thinking that all he needs is for someone to point out to him that there are jobs out there, and that getting one would magically solve his problems, it would make you naive and impractical. It almost always takes more than a job to get someone of the carousel of homelessness and related problems, and getting a job isn't usually the best first step. You may have meant it kindly, or you may have thought that handing a homeless man a job application would be a great way to make a statement. If you are someone who believes that homelessness is caused by laziness, or stupidity, and that the cure is to “get a job”, you might find some satisfaction at the thought of expressing your belief in just such a passive aggressive way. You might even be telling yourself that while you are doing it to make a statement, you are helping the man as well.Whatever inspired you to hand the man a job application, I do hope you reconsidered. He probably wouldn't feel encouraged to apply when you clearly do not even want him near your business. Unless you have reason to believe that there is a realistic chance that he'd actually get the job – and you tell him this – it could look like an empty gesture at best. Next time you want to help a homeless person or someone else in need, start by asking them what they want.

How about a drive-thru request for a job application? Ok, so technically not a food order, but odd nonetheless! I worked at Tim Hortons (a coffee/food chain) on and off for a few years. Believe it or not, I have heard someone ask for a job application at the drive-thru window at least once! Now, I’m not sure if anyone who did this ever got hired. Personally, my thought is if you are too lazy to get out of your car, walk into the restaurant, and ask for a job application…you probably shouldn't be given a job here!

This depends on you … Some are happy by doing Nothing.. while some are unhappy making laks per month.I am earning Around 25000 Per month.Currently i am working in Indian Railways (Government of India) in a Remote Village of Bareily Dirstict in Uttar Pradesh.This Is me nowThis is My railways station There is Hardly 2 or 3 Lights on the platform. While I am on night Duty There is so many problems… like monkeys 🐖 Pigs. Insects 🐍 Snake etc…. As I am working on the one of the Bottom most post in railways. The Duty time is 12 hours Per day and we do Shift Duty one week day duty one week night duty and after That i Got 1 Day off To Rest After 12 Days of duty.This is where i have to sit 12 hours In this summer of 42–44 degree without electricity. Without fan in direct sunlight and on night duty without Light. And There is no Toilet No water to drink. No food shops Nearby .. NothingView from outsideThis is the quality of water Here. So I have to carry my own water bottle with me.By now You have an idea about Job now Comes the Part of Happiness …. So basically I am preparing For SSC CGL but That Time I applied Almost every Government job Application and I got Selected For Railways Group D exam In the mid way of preparation… And i joined This job in excitement Of the First Government Job and I stuck Here as. I dont Get Time for studies… so that i can continue my SSC CGL preparation. And sometimes The depression Sometimes The Anxiety … sometimes Fear of Being Jobless I Can't Quit This job But i dont Want to Do this Job for my entire Life. I am In that Situation. That i am not Happy …. I Am depressed I fuck Up my 1 year of Life in this job by Doing Nothing productive.Now I am In between 2 Thoughts .. should I quit This Job or continue With This Job ……But In Answer of Happiness.
