I’m not entirely sure what you mean by a “salary offer sample letter.” Some employers won’t issue a formal offer of employment until they come to a verbal agreement with the candidate, so perhaps this is what you’re talking about?If the employer is proposing a low salary as a starting point of negotiations, simply start negotiating with them, and ask for more salary (or some other benefit that makes up for the salary differential that you want). Or, tell them that you’re not willing to negotiate until you’re able to understand the full breadth of the offer, and ask for supplemental information on benefits, etc. and then start negotiations.You can say “Thank you so much for the kind offer, but in order to accept I’ll actually need fifty cents and hour more.”
