Cricketer Yuvraj Singh posted a video on his Facebook page where he requested everyone to donate money for kerala floods and helping the victims there.In all those real helping hands and fake sympathy comments.. I saw a comment of a guy..And.. it won my heart.This Pakistani guy Khuzayma Arayn wrote-How can we send donations from Pakistan??He instantly got my respect..the thing is that a single person represents his whole community.He can ruin his community's name or he can make others respect his community just by his words and deeds.❤Everyone who's a resident of Pakistan is not a terrorist. Please change that thought. Just because few of the people in Pakistan chose wrong path doesn't mean that whole Pakistan is terrorist and need chaos.There are lots and lots of people in Pakistan who really need peace between the two nations.This person who commented for the Kerala flood victims definitely got our respect.We really need more of this type of enthusiasm and optimism in the youth of both countries!May the humanity live long!❤Syed Azeem :)|¶€∆¢€|❤

It will vary according to the law where the decedent died. In California, I'd be telling the client that probably a personal representative of the estate would need to be appointed. It's not a very complex or expensive process. The court would want to know the reason why a personal representative is necessary, the relationship of the proposed personal representative to the deceased, and the reason to desire access to the medical records.
