My favorite, realitivistic baseball, details what would happen if a baseball was pitched at 0.99c, aka 99 percent the speed of light. His diagram looks like this:This baseball is fusing with the air, releasing more and more energy. At the end of his scenario, the blast covers a radius of a small nuclear detonation, but with a much more concentrated effect. While nukes make buildings look like this (TRIGGER WARNING: ACTUAL NUCLEAR DAMAGE)a building from this scenario would be nothing. The atoms would have been scattered into the air. Even Superman, who barely survived a nuke blast, would probably be screwed in this scenario. Besides, wolverine is around 200 times more massive than a baseball. If the scenario was run similarly distance-wise and we assume Wolverine suddenly became this speed, the crater would be many many times larger and the fusion wave would likely be powerful enough to turn diamond to radioactive vapor. While Superman is strong, I doubt he would be able to heal when his atoms are ionized and fused so many times that they become unrecognizable.So yes, Superman would be vanquished. But would you call Wolverine a winner? Someone who is now nothing but a bunch of radioactive, scattered atoms? It’s tough to say here. So the answer to your question would be if Wolverine is launched at Superman at light speed with his claws out, Wolverine and Superman both become scattered radioactive dust.
