Thanks for A2A.As I did not give any GATE attempt So I cannot tell anything about the documents required at the time of the interview in PSU.But if I talk about the personality test in ESE, following documents are required for the candidates belonging to the unreserved category.Certificate showing Date of birth. For this, 10th Marksheet or 10th passing Certificate should suffice. But it should have your date of birth mentioned on it. I gave 10th CBSE Passing Certificate.Certificate showing your Educational Qualification i.e your B.E./B.Tech degree certificate in any discipline as only Engineers are allowed to take this exam. If someone is a fresh graduate and has not received his original degree, he can submit provisional degree with an undertaking that you will submit your original degree very soon. I gave my B.Tech original degree as an Educational Qualification passing certificate. How do companies lose customers?

ZoomcarFor those who don’t know this company, this company lets you rent cars and self drive them in India.I booked a car on ZoomCar in Mumbai to be picked up at Sion on Saturday, July 6 at 7AM. According to their policies, the exact car details are only shared four hours prior to the booking start. When I woke up on Saturday, I had still not received the car details and no further information was given to me. I then proceeded to call their customer service but I did not get through for 10 minutes and I then had to try again after getting ready. I then finally got through to the customer service when the time was 6:40AM- 20 minutes before the booking time. The customer service executive tells me that she has passed this complaint to the concerned team and the concerned team will reach out to me soon. When I received a call from this department, I told that the car I was supposed to pick up was damaged and that they would have to change my pick up location to Santacruz- and they would reimburse me for two way cab journey. When I asked them for some compensation for being informed of this change 15 minutes before my start time, the customer service executive proceeded to tell me that the two way cab reimbursement is the compensation which was just laughable and then reluctantly gave me Rs. 300 driving credit for future trips. Please note that at this time I am already late to pick up my car and still have to travel to a different location. Also note that I was supposed to pick up on my friends on the way out of Mumbai and unfortunately had to revise our travel plans due to the pick up location being changed.When I went to the new location that they provided, it was a very vague location with just the building name mentioned. When I reached there, the car was nowhere to be found and on asking a passerby where the car could be, he said it could be anywhere on this road. Lol. After searching for ten minutes, I found the car- and the car was extremely, extremely dirty from the inside and the fuel was near empty. This was fair enough as this was a very sudden change. The car also did not have any documents and to obtain these documents, I had to walk to someone’s apartment in a neighboring building and get it. At this time, I was already 1.5 hours late.Zoomcar also allows you to add co-drivers to bookings but their licenses need to be approved by them before they can drive. The driving license of one the co-drivers I had added, had not been approved even after the original booking time (7AM) had passed. I had to make two phone calls to their customer service for even this to take place. Remember that I had already spoken to their customer service a whopping five times by the time my journey had just started.Now we’ll move onto the return part. I had purchased 380km at the time of booking and any excess km would be charged at a rate of 18 rupees/km. Now as I mentioned, due to the pickup location being changed, I had to change my travel plans to pick up my friends (note: it was 20 minutes before my booking start and it was impossible to ask my friends to come elsewhere so close to the booking time). This caused me to drive 17km extra over the trip and I rightfully asked them to waive off the excess km charges. This claim was dismissed because they said that they are “compensating” me by providing me with a two way cab reimbursement. After a heated conversation that went on for 10-15 minutes, the customer service first offered me two way cab and free 10 excess kms and then one way cab and the free 17 excess kms, I reluctantly agreed. He also again proceeded to tell me how the cab reimbursement was a “compensation”. I also tried to explain how I had picked the car late and maybe adjust that in the cab reimbursement and free kms but he said that the only “compensation” for that was returning the car late- something that I was not interested in.When it was time to return the car, I did not have any closing checklist in the mobile application. I had to again call their customer service for this to be done which required me to be on the phone with them while clicking the photographs of the car.As of writing this answer, my Uber reimbursement has not been approved yet which means more calls to the customer service. :DAfter so much inconvenience, over ten calls to their customer service during a two day booking and Rs. 300 compensation later, I was done with the booking and I was done with ZoomCar.Truly, a poor car rental company with even a poorer customer service.

What is travel nursing?

Hospitals look to fill positions with travel nurses on units with high turn-over. Retention issues are often caused by poor or no management and working conditions can be tough. Depending on the unit’s unique nursing culture and circumstances, support can be limited and it is imperative for travel nurses to be highly competent and proficient in their clinical skill set.After a couple of years of solid acute bedside experience, travel nursing is a great way for newer nurses to increase their income. It allows them the opportunity to work outside of nursing unions which base pay only on years of experience and not nursing excellence. But once a nurse has been in the field for about 8 years, the pay rate of unionized nurses tends to match that of a travel nurse.However there are also tax advantages for travel nurses. Travel nurses are paid a low hourly wage ($25-$35) which keeps them in a low tax bracket. The bulk of their income is in the form of a furnished corporate apartment near the hospital. Although when the nurse finds his/her own housing, a housing stipend can be negotiated. Housing stipends are tax-free reimbursements (AKA undocumented income) and are not declared on income tax. Housing stipends range from $1800 to $3000/month in addition to $25-$35 per hour depending on the city/state/institution of employment.Some disadvantages to being in a lower tax bracket and receiving tax-free stipends (undocumented income) occur when applying for credit, buying a car, or attempting to rent an apartment which requires a certain W-2 income. A letter from the travel nurse agency will usually suffice but some landlords and banks won’t accept anything but official tax documents.To find work, travel nurses can utilize several agencies at the same time and choose between a multitude of job offers. There are national agencies (Cross Country, American Mobile, etc.) and local agencies (Seattle—HRN, New York—Access, Prime, etc.). Local agencies usually offer higher pay rates but may skimp on the health insurance.An ICU trained nurse has the largest selection of travel assignments available to them. They can work contracts in an ICU, PACU, IMC, PCU, tele-stepdown, tele/med-surg or other assignments like clinic or occupational health nursing depending on their previous experience and comfort level. A med/surg nurse can only be assigned med/surg or clinic/occupational health positions. It is very hard to change specialties while travel nursing.When signing up with a new agency, travel nurses must pass tests (pharmacology, cardiac arrhythmias, etc.) and fill out endless skills checklists. Upon arriving at the hospital, the institution will require additional testing and completion of JCAHO compliance paperwork. A classroom orientation is scheduled which includes the hospital’s philosophy, equipment usage, and computer charting.
