I have cough from past one month. Consulted 4 doctors before i ended up at this hospital named santhosam chest hospital in egmore at chennai. Since my cough got severe i consulted this chest speciality hospital. While coughing my nerves in brain starts pulling and my lungs too. So i had to consult best chest hospital. It was recommended by my relative.And it went this way!I checked in to hospital on 21st may. Asked to pay 1000rs as registration charges as 1st time patient. Looks like as I'm buying a bike and registering it with government for assigning number for my vehicle. Anyways i had to pay to get my health recovered. Paid. Met duty doctor. He asked to take x-ray, blood and urine test. Charges 1050 for it. Total 2050.Finally met doc T. Ravi who is a specialist of chest. He said you have got veezing problem. You are finding difficult to breathe. He gave prescription with tablets and syrup. 700 gone here. And asked to come back on 24th may for lung test for permanent cure.2 days passed. Cough got more worse. I called the hospital on 23rd may itself for appointment. But seems doc isn't available. Next day Called on my scheduled date for appointment. But he wasn't available that day too. Again called the next day on 25th may heard the same thing doc not available today too. Then i had to ask her when is he coming. Since my cough was not manageable. Whatever i use to eat i vomit immediately. Hospital staff said doc himself not well. Kindly you please come on june 1st week itself.I went directly to hospital on june 6th. Took appointment there immediately. I was asked to take CTChest and PFT (pulmonary function test) charged 5k and 1k respectively. Doc fees 300rs and late fee 300rs for turning up late. All this was charged before and i was asked to collect bill later as doc is going to leave. So you be hurry. I paid 6600 through my card. And got the ct chest and pft test done.Met Doc he said it will take some time for secretion. And your breathing function has to improve. Gave medicines again and asked to come on 13th june. 500rs gone for medicines again. No recover in health too.Then i left to collect bill. I was charged 600 as consulting fee. When asked about it she said 300 is the doc fee and 300 for being late as i was asked to come on 24th may right. But how can hospital collect 300 as late fee and club it under consulting fee. So that nobody can complain about doc or hospital? Is this school admission for charging late fee? Above all he himself wasn't available on those days of 23,24 and 25. I dint call back on 26 as i was asked to come on june 1st week. Isn't this unfair of Charing late fees in hospital?Already charged 1k as registration fees. When the doc himself wasn't available whats my mistake? Staff said even if doc available or not you should have come there is somebody to check Ravi sir patients. How would i know that unless somebody from your hospital say me that. So cooly he earns without any questions from anybody. I was so hurt by paying late fee as double the consulting fee. And during weekends on saturday his fees is 400rs and on eve of saturday its 600rs.And he has good car collections. Obviously why wouldn't he?

Yes!Backstory: I discovered that my ex had been having *one and done* encounters since we had been married. Then, i find out he has started an actual affair. Then, as if those werent enough..i come home unexpectedly to find my best friend in my bed with him. She was his affair.I was shattered. Took my dog and left immediately. He pleaded with me not to go..that he loved me and the affair was only a piece of ass..I said in response *a damn big piece of ass*. I encouraged him to tell me that he loved me so that she could hear because I wanted her to feel the pain and always to remember his words. And then i walked out and left him to her.He and his piece of ass got married the day after our divorce was final. I don’t recall seeing them for years.About five years ago - we had been divorced for a couple decades - I am working in ER and am called to triage an incoming patient. Who might it be? My ex, but he looks old..very old and very unhealthy. Obese and stooped. He presents as looking 15 to 20 years older than he is. He smiles and says “Wow, Babe..you look amazing" (and I did!). I said “ and you do not. “ started checking his vitals and they looked as dismal as he looked. I look at his list of meds as he babbles on about about how good it is to see a friendly face. Bahahah! Looked at him very directly and informed him I am NOT a friendly face. I asked what his chief complaint was and he said shortness of breath, and profuse sweating. I told him we would get him back and to just wait in triage till I see what rooms are available. He said “Dawn (name changed to protect the piece of ass) was coming from work and would be there soon". “Who??” I asked as I walked out. Figured out where he needed to go..since straight to hell wasn’t an option, he would go to room 10. I went and got him and rolled his chubby ass to 10. I took his paperwork to give to our Doc and looked over his med sheet. He tells me that Dawn went back to school and got her LVN. I was only half listening as I am a bit blown away by this med list. He had several different doctors prescribing some pretty radical meds..some at a higher dose than I’ve ever seen. I look him square in the eye and ask if he has a large life insurance policy on himself. Apparently he did, because he looked shocked. I said seriously. who hooked you up with all the doctors listed? Dawn..I said..Dude! She’s tryin to bump your ass.off! When our Doc comes in to do his assessment, he said the same thing.By now, The piece of ass has arrived and has requested to be brought back to wait with her husband. Told the registration clerk to ask doc. I see it in Dawn’s squinty eyes that it has suddenly dawned on Dawn who i am. Clerk comes back and asks Dawn to wait here until doc comes and gets her. The doc was also concerned about the meds, he contacted our social services department to do some investigating into the case. He said it did indeed appear sketchy. Don’t know what happened because I was done with them both, and didn’t care enough to investigate it.

More times than I would like. I am a typical Mom, have always lived in upper middle class communities in California, i.e., added to the fact that my peers in upper management, who are non-Black, seem to be amazed when me and my family become victims of harassment while just going about our everyday lives.I have been stopped and asked ‘is this your car’ with registration and my license in their hands; my daughters have been harassed by teachers, called names and picked on in private school, even though they were gifted and very popular among their peers. Our availability within the hour to show up, our conservative lifestyle, our attentiveness as their parents, as well as our very involved presence circumventing any direct assaults and quickly bringing teachers and some students personal issues with Black people to an end, etc.We have been targeted by Wells Fargo (thanks to being a bit OCD) maintain sound recordkeeping practices, having an excellent and highly ethical CPA tax preparer for many years, we prevailed after a great deal of unsuccessful wrongful harassment tactics, false claims of missed mortgage payments, false claims of not providing requested documentation were squashed due to going the extra mile, by walking in requested docs and mailing duplicate as certified, as well as emailing them to confirm their receipt along with attached copy of requested docs, leaving no room for error.I can name many more injustices waged against our family while growing up, but was grateful to be covered by vigilant parents that kept us safe from people that meant us harm. We as kids thought they were being over protective, as a parent, I now see why and I'm thankful.I have never had any issues related to voting, as I live in mostly non-Black community.
