It will depend on certain conditions.First is whether you own a house or are living in rented one.If the Former is the case then you only need these:Any two address proofs(Passport/Electricity Bill/Tax Bill/Voter ID/LIC Policy stating the this address/Aadhar Card/Ration Card).PAN card.1 Color Passport size photo.If you live in a rented house you will need :Rent agreement.(Registered)(For Notarized agreement additional things are required).Electricity Bill with owners address.Native place address proof(Passport/Electricity Bill/Tax Bill/Voter ID/LIC Policy stating the this address/Aadhar Card/Ration Card).PAN Card.(If working professional)Any proof that you are employed by some company.(ID Card + (HR Letter/Appointment Letter/Offer Letter) )OR Official Letter from employer stating that you are his employee).Police NOC.(I will explain later how to get it).2 Color photos.Bank statement / Passbook front page(Having same address as above).If the Rent agreement is Notarized support it with a Post-Paid bill with above address or an Affidavit.(I wouldn't advise Affidavit as it is highly sought after piece of paper and there are going to be long lines on Saturdays. And the office has everything written in Marathi so some of you may not even know in which queue you should be standing :P ).For Police NOC:Download the form from Pune-Police website.Fill the form and attach following Documents (Rent agreement,Native place address proof,2 Color photos).Visit the Police Station under which your rented address falls.Police will ask some basic questions.Then they will put a stamp on the form.Pay them 100 Rs and get a slip of it.Done :)

For vehicle NOC in AP, India.TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESHSelect “Forms”, then “issue of NOC”, download”, print 3 nos. (Form 28) & appropriately fill all three.Submit the set of forms at the RTO in which your vehicle is currently registered with.Get expected date of receipt of NOC. Followup one day prior to that date. May collect NOC in person.One copy would be retained by the RTO. Other two are NOC for you, the applicant, and destination RTO, respectively.
