I’m 24 now , i came across 2 State Assembly Elections , 1 Local Body Elections and General Elections (Lok sabha) as a voter.Well, the situation as of 2011 was - i felt nerdy towards candidates who nominated in my Constituency.I don’t know their name,what they doing ,how dexterity they are …i used to elect based on party the belongs to and based on the leader of the party.Sometime i thought to know about them - i asked google - all i got was a website full of keywords (tn election,best candidate,harur,Constituency etc…). I relentedNow in 2016 TN Election it’s totally different.i’m getting a message from election commission which has candidate list with their name,party,etc..Now i can see Candidate and their families Affidavits.Awareness campaign for voting rights (TN100percent) by Election.So many which all make me feel that i have to vote for greater cause not only to show my rights.Yes, India is changing!!My friend’s brother , i get to know him few days back who is 10 years younger than me.He has 200 followers in quora whereas it’s 6 for me and 50k views in past 30 days.Yes, Indian’s are updating !!

The question shouldn't be ,” what is wrong with inter caste marriage ?” But it should be “what are issues with intercaste marriage “Marriage by its very nature brings in the challenge of resolving differences .It is the challenge of two individuals searching for sameness beyond differences. “The man women difference, interllectual differences ,difference in emotional responses ,the difference in tastes,the difference in family values and personal values ,etc” . Faith and path of faith are two major factors in the life of an individual, and any difference in it makes the institution of marriage more complex …And , in an Indian context ,”while a man gets married to a girl ,A girl gets married to a family “ affidavit scenario from jargon times .So, in an inter- caste marriage , the man has to only make a few Adjustments , while the girl will have to make some major comprises . While a man has to make some changes to his lifestyle after marriage ,for a girl , her entire lifestyle changes . A new home , a new set of relatives , new priorities, new food habits , new expectations ,new ego management, and all these are inevitable …but in the context of intercaste marriage ,now you also have to deal with new god and a new path to god . The simple question is “ Should a complex life be futher complicated ?” .Having said all this , the truth remains , “ In a relationship where love triumphs , all these become mere details . In a relationship where love fails , everything is an issue .” We have to understand, “ WHERE CONDITIONS TAKE THE FRONT ROW , RELATIONSHIP TAKE A BACK SEAT !! .Either relationships can triumph or conditions can triumph - both cannot “ .If you can put your beloved above everything else ..then from any context ,a “Beautiful realtionship “ can be built . In love , eveen wrong become right . Withoutlove , everything is wrong … Nothing is right .P.s : I am not a person who is for intercaste marriages because my family, very orthodox… !! But ; somewhere within me i find this conception of castism ,”its creating Anomalities”. Most often i heard people saying “Your a bramin so you must marry only a bramin (or) Your not my caste ,my caste girls are even more irrefutably behaved “ …etc. Caste are just a bridge tone to construct your lifestyle not your pragmatic destiny !!So ; take decisions based on “Higher Clariy ;deeper lovee ;Beyond Myths !! “

I live in India.I had a divorce case with me and the issue of amount of maintenance was something on which the husband and wife could not agree.I was representing the husband. He was a businessman based in Qatar and earned about 4 crore rupees per month ($900,000). Wife wanted a monthly maintenance of 60 lakh rupees ($100,000).The husband had clearly told me that he would not pay more than 30 lakh per month ($50,000) and the wife was not ready to agree on anything less than 55 lakh rupees ($90,000) per month.My client told me that he is leaving for Qatar. I told him that it would not be wise since he was summoned in the next hearing by the family court and his absence might upset the judge. But my client left.After reaching Qatar he told me to meet his wife and tell her “That he will not return to India and that if she wants any sort of maintenance she needs to file an affidavit before the judge agreeing to a monthly maintenance of 10 lakh rupees ($17,000).” I did as he said.The wife got scared that she may be deprived off maintenance for years if her husband doesn't return. She agreed to a monthly maintenance of 10 lakh ($17,000) and filed an affidavit to that effect.By the next date of hearing my client had returned to India and met with his wife directly inside the courtroom where the affidavit had already been filed by the wife. The judge passed a decree of divorce with issue of maintenance settled and the wife did not get a chance to renegotiate the amount of maintenance. The wife could not appeal against the decree either since it was passed with her consent.My client was cleverer than me or perhaps those who earn such large amount of money know how to safeguard it from predators.
