Let me explain this in a manner that takes the politics out.I became a whistleblower in 2016.I was doing work for a company that suddenly stopped paying employees. The difference I had from other employees is that I had a contract.I was simply going to let things go, but the 2 running the company kept calling me trying to convince me to keep working and making promises (lies).I finally got tired of being lied to. I informed them that the next time they lied to me, I would take them to court and enforce my contract.They lied. I sued. I won.During the course of my lawsuit, I began going through emails I had. As I did their marketing, I had a ton of marketing emails. In those emails, I found emails written by the CEO to investors. I had not paid attention to them. As I scanned them, some things in them did not make sense. The verbiage was wrong. Incorrect wording actually built a misleading image of their business that didn’t match the reality.I reached out to other employees that I thought might have answers to explain this. Initially, I thought I’d be told I was not understanding what I read. That wasn’t the case.I began to create a document… one that outlined what I was finding out. I included information provided to me by others. I did not have first-hand knowledge, but it was information that they had documentation about, and they had first-hand knowledge about.I compiled a 39-page report that broke down what I had been told and I then attached the supporting documentation. About 5 pages of that was first-hand knowledge.I added a notification of the lawsuit I had won in court along with this document and my request that the Board of Directors look into this .When they instead hired an attorney to discredit me, I went public with it. I had also filed a complaint with the SEC.So… whistleblowers do not need to provide their name when a complaint is filed. When the case I am involved in goes to court… I will be testifying.The whistleblower in this case has indicated that they will testify during a trial.What people don’t seem to get… is they are not at the trial stage yet. They are investigating.There does not have to be a separate report for each person. One person can file on behalf of the others. As this person did… I included the names of the people that provided the information so it could be verified by those investigating.I mean seriously… even on TV investigations are often launched based on 2nd-hand information.Not everyone involved in listening are automatically corrupt. We do not yet know how many in the room at the time spoke with this person.I’d say some are likely corrupt… others trying to figure out what the hell to do.Don’t focus on twitter. Focus on facts… regardless of political affiliation. If it would piss you off were it another party in power doing this… then this should piss you off still. If you wouldn’t care if the other party were in power… then don’t care now… just let it run its course. If Trump goes nuts on Twitter… he knows he’s in trouble.By the way… he’s been going nuts on Twitter.
