As far as I know there isn’t any free art/gallery management software available.The only way to avoid paying for it is to program it yourself by using Filemaker or Microsoft Access. Personally I would recommend Filemaker which is IMHO much more user-friendly than Access. Filemaker (probably Access as well) contains some basic inventory templates which can be adjusted and expanded. But for this you’ll need to learn at least the basics of Filemaker programming.BTW, I am currently working with Collectrium (paid). Other paid art management softwares are for example ArtButler, Artsystems or Artlogic. All are more or less expensive.
