PDF Editor FAQ

If there were a Nobel War Prize (opposite of the Nobel Peace Prize), who would some of the lesser-known recipients be? Who would some of the seemingly undeserving (until closer inspection) recipients be?

Let me see if I can see where you're going with this:Gotta get Mao in there... China's better off without himThat Cambodian fellow with the obsession with the photographs taken right before he killed said photographed people…… Have him step right up and accept the awardI'm also liking that sweet son of a female dog who doggedly derived pleasure from experimenting on Chinese subjects – especially by vivisection and other medical procedures without anesthesia while under under the auspices of the Japanese military experimental sect {believe it was operated under a triple digit number – 471 perhaps?}Then there's Winston Churchill and his **** buddy here in America in the Oval Office who conspired to blockade the Japanese from getting there oil delivered {because the Japanese have no natural oil reserves of their own and must import}. Knowing in advance to Japanese plans to retaliate, Pearl Harbor was at one third manpower capacity at the time of the attack. There are investigations that were live on the radio that my father listened to into the issue as well as that suddenly just stopped. I've since read historical books documenting exactly what happened at the time and if I have time later, I'll link to one on Amazon. This once complicated, but stay with me. We need a tiebreaker on this one, because there are several people involved that are equally deserving for the same nomination:In Australia there was a black flag operation that a double agent for the Israeli Mossad later confessed to, that there are certain witnesses to, and that has been entirely reconstructed leaving no doubt that the official story is absolute BS.The local government of a small town bought a coffin mobile, a.k.a. refrigerated mobile transport for bodies that could hold a lot of bodies shortly before the incident and they would sell it shortly thereafter. The original shooting was at a café, where there were supposed to be no survivors, except a couple of people played dead and have I iterated many times for the press that there were multiple shooters – none of which matched the description of the accused. In fact, the accused wasn't even sold any guns or ammo from the place he was accused of buying them from. When the gun shop refused to comply with a false statement, the government ruined his business. But let's get back to the shootings……The ground the accused would have had to of covered to get from the café to where himself was murdered could not have been covered in that timeframe. Also, the person was mentally disabled, and the kind of shooting keys accused up required extreme pinpoint accuracy that most snipers could not of done without extraordinary training – that he just didn't have. The whole final showdown is suspicious, but this is the most important part – directly after this incident, Australia's suddenly very pro-gun-control and passes extremely restrictive laws that might not have gone through otherwise. So basically I'm nominating everybody involved that particular black flag operation........ come collect your prize as I prize your ingenuity in getting people to buy your BS all these years despite irrefutable proof that it's absolute BS.No, I'm not done yet. I might even add to this topic daily if nobody takes it down. I'm loving the platform to vent :-)update 8/6 2015On to my latest victims ...err.... People who have victims that is ;-)Judge Patrick McManamon of special civil court in Trenton New Jersey – oh yes, you heard me. I once attended this man's court, where had an asthmatic woman with a doctor's note allergic to extermination chemicals who asked for an alternative proven means of extermination for bug she did not have {building policy for bedbugs was to exterminate one apartment up down left and right of the infested apartment – and their chemicals didn't work. I know this, because I gave the woman the diatomaceous earth to give to the man in the infested apartment after they both watched the exterminator spray the chemicals directly on the bugs and nothing happened. My stuff slices their little body open so they dehydrate within three days and there's no chemical resistance development to being sliced ;-)Anyway, the judge had the woman, her husband the preacher with the doctor in Theosophy, and the family cat evicted. There was no rent involved. She was so severely asthmatic she would get sick in the elevators on the days the exterminators came because they carried their equipment with the chemicals on them, which consequently the smell got on their clothes and spread through our elevators presumably that way.Interestingly enough, under the same management, the exterminators weren't allowed anywhere near my apartment with anything stronger than the hormone disruptors – I'm epileptic, and this is in my original lease rider. Even more interesting, as management hands kept changing, I noticed I had to keep reminding them that I had a rider on my lease – at the time this happened, this is one of the lapses of their memory concerning my rider as I would find out concerning another issue.Back on topic though, the man is known for expediency, so unfortunately, this results in a kangaroo court of epic portions. He threw out one person for getting a job in order to pay the rent that very day – same day he threw out the woman no less!So here's what happened:Guy' s relative shows up as a proxy, with evidence that that guy has a job that starts that day and paperwork from the guys boss stating that at the end of the workday he will be giving the man in advance to pay off the balance owed to the landlord to remain in his dwelling as required by the court to do so {because of it was not paid that day, he was required to vacate according to the proceedings I saw}. It was the judgment of Judge McManamon that because the man did not show up in person, and chose to go to the job instead, that he didn't deserve to live in the dwelling and therefore should be thrown out – default judgment, despite the fact if a lawyer had shown up in the relative with the same exact circumstance, the outcome probably would've been much different. The rumor that judges don't like pro se attorneys is true, at least from what I've observed, but this judge in particular is snarky in of that he will take a pro se attorney's paperwork and mock typing errors {I've seen him throughout paperwork over a single letter in a word typing error in a huge document during court proceedings} and just in general go to town on legitimate extremely well written legal documents according to legitimate legal mind such as other lawyers {because as you recall you must be a lawyer first to become a judge} in the building as well as court officers in the building would actually read them – no, I didn't write the documents, but I often play the role of gopher for volunteer legal advocate for the disabled did inside the court houses on the days when I'm able to physically {which, being physically disabled myself, isn't often, granted, but it has made me very wary of this particular judge as I sat in on several of his sessions at this point and his way of conducting his court decimates not only the way the legal system supposed to work but also the lives of the people he touches while working within the legal system............. who are we kidding, he hasn't worked within the legal system anytime I've actually been in his presence – pretty much a law unto himself.Last time I was there the lawyer for the other side didn't show up, by which I mean the landlord, so that person got a courtesy call {now mind you, the only reason the other person was there, was because they were evicted without being notified the default judgment statistics that did not match their lease nor their payment record – their move-in date was over a year before and it was listed as mere months before; their rent was in the thousand digits, whereas the person in the complaint only paid a couple of hundred for their apartment, which suggests a section 8 as the government would be a co-owner of the lease as a regular subsidy payment still have the full amount of the cost of the apartment if it went to landlord-tenant court regardless of who paid what amount; this person always overpaid their rent by about six dollars or so due to an error they never bother to correct and always paid via bill pay with their bank so could document every single payment is paid in full, whereas the person the complaint was against owed a great deal of back rent – so clearly not the person in the court that day it was obvious. McManamon was not interested. He asked the lawyer for the landlord that got the courtesy call that the tenant did not the day of the default judgment for eviction against them for the complaint that was obviously not anything having to do with their rental agreement or payments, anyway McManamon asked this lawyer what they wanted done in this case. The woman answered that she didn't even have a copy of the lease in front of her, but proceeded to insist on that there are yet more monies owed since the last time the court had any documentation from the landlord, at which point, yet again, the accused pointed out their rent being paid in full – actually overpaid – at the true amount and the actual lease agreement that they had with them, which she verbally went over dates that did not match complaint' s at all.Now here's where it becomes really creepy that McManamon gets away with this kind of thing, even more so than before – he throws out the entire complaint and tells the lawyer she can make up a new one on the spot, and he'll just take it.So in the new complaint, $200 is added to the over thousand dollars the real tenant present actually pays per month in order to make them delinquent in their rent per month – no, I'm not joking – I was there. Anyone who doesn't believe me, message me and I'll get you the date you, so can get the court recordings – they're pretty cheap. The lawyer at one point claims lease was never renewed, but McManamon at least upholds that much of the law, as obviously the landlord has been collecting a lot of money for many many months on this lease, and was not evicting based on non-lease renewal and states in open court that the lease was obviously renewed legally so let's move on – he says is about 2.5 seconds in what amounted to what I recall as one sentence that could and contained more than five words or so quite quickly for him.... Very tersely – and then proceeds to move on with the eviction that very much looks like they put the wrong names apartment number by accident to someone else's paperwork and never bothered to correct it because it was someone that wants to get rid of anyway. Serendipity, so to speak, but I'll get back to that.Because of the default judgment, the victim of this miscarriage of justice can only ask for a hardship stay of being thrown out slightly later than that very day – they can't actually have the court look at the facts to overturn the case against them, because they didn't show up at the original hearing, because they were never notified of the original hearing – because as already mentioned, none of this actually concerns anything having to do with them except somehow their name and apartment number that attached to it.Now you would think the Appellate Division could do something about this, but they don't actually answer your appeal without great costs of transcripts and documents in triplicate – not to mention court fees. They also mail out time sensitive, needs to be replied to rulings after the expiration time {one of them only had 10 days on it and it shows up several months later}.And you would think the Supreme Court of the state would do something about all that, but they can only rule on things the Appellate Division has already ruled upon, and the Appellate Division won't rule on anything without those prerequisites I already mentioned except for hardship stays, so the Supreme Court might give you a slight extension of about a week or so.Federal court might help you save a lot of face once you learn the complexity of the rules, but they won't do so in time to save your home – they don't operate fast enough and you won't be able to type fast enough by the time you figure out your first two alternatives aren't going to be able to help you {and quite possibly even if you do}.Which brings me to my next nominee, in case you think Judge Patrick McManamon is here because they just don't make judges like they used to…… It's actually much much worse. We all know the Cheshire cat is, right? Before you think you know, remember, the world is Walt Disney showed people wasn't the real world – he had his cinematographer filming that lovely scene with the lemmings were behind the scenes what really happened was people were forcing the lemmings off the cliff and the lemmings weren't choosing to jump off at all.....ahh, the magic of Disney ;-)So here's how Disney redeemed one of history's most despicable characters:This guy hangs so many people in England his notoriety would be guaranteed anyway most likely, but that's not enough. What burns them into people's brain is he gets this maniac grin that makes Batman's Joker look positively grim and forlorn in comparison – does it every time he does somebody in fact. These are public executions. Everybody's watching. The entertainment of the day and age, and it's considered normal to see these things, and people are horrified at his demeanor even comparatively speaking! You really got to imagine what it must be like to have that much desensitization to death in daily life as you're walking by minding your own in public, knowing as goes that person by the government so could go you, and then you see the executioner and for the first time – perhaps ever – something quakes realization that something is not quite right in the head of someone doing this and you are quite convinced your mind has warped the dimensions of that warped executioner smile into something so abnormally warped and twisted, wide and inviting, and still yet somehow joyous!Obviously the smile of the Cheshire cat meant something very different before Lewis Carroll got a hold of it ;-)Lest you think that dear McManamon and our executioner fellow are the end-all be-all of corrupt public officials, they are small potatoes when it comes to killing people {yes, in case your brain didn't get there yet, if you throw out somebody, a.k.a. eviction, from their home who has a subsidy, they lose that subsidy permanently under most programs, which usually means they are permanently homeless unless they can find some way under the table to get someone to take them or they magically develop a talent that pays the bills overnight – so basically it's a death sentence or jail sentence waiting to happen.... Or the least worst-case scenario, indentured servitude if they can find some way get someone to take them in, as nobody wants to live under the rules of a subsidy if they don't have to, so they wouldn't have one in the first place if they could live without it}.So let's talk potatoes:Next nomination you would think would be the monarchy of England during the Irish potato famine, but it's not.……… It's actually the Humane Society for animals in England that took donations from the monarchy in England during that time period; after the public criticized a member of the female monarchy for donating money to the starving children of Ireland, and she sought to begin public favor by donating to the Humane society for animals in England in an effort to regain the public favor. She basically equated children island as being less than animals, and the public ate it up – which would've never happened the Humane Society turned down the money with a statement saying why it was inappropriate to equate children with animals......... which since they did not do, they set the stage for the snowball effect of yet more suffering and mass dying of innocent children whose only crime was being born on the wrong island politically – think of it as an old timey version of a tipping point, as it were.On to pointy things, I know a few people who want Jenny McCarthy up here, but I'm not big on blaming innocent bystanders or dupes, so let's put her doctor up here. Absolutely lovely fellow who falsified research to a major medical journal concerning vaccines and autism, the uncovering of which falsification earned the journalist to do the uncovering the British equivalent of the Pulitzer Prize to my understanding – and still this lovely doctor somehow maintains a medical license without so much as a blemish of formal reprimand on his record...... for those of us keeping track, we've had a lot of problems lately with people dying of diseases we've all but eliminated via vaccines because people no longer get vaccinated. I'll be the first to agree that some countries have better vaccination schedules than others. I'll even tell you that there are genuine cases where children's bad reactions to vaccines do cause permanent harm.Let's look at the statistics of permanent death = death is permanent.Even if it's only a 1% chance, it's 100% chance if you are that 1%.If you don't get the vaccination, you could die from one of these diseases or be permanently injured. You could also carry the diseases into vulnerable populations such as the young, and the elderly, and the immune compromised, even if you don't become seriously symptomatic yourself in some cases if you're not vaccinated. In the case of children and bad vaccine reactions that can result in possible permanent harm, this is my take on it:I would rather have a disabled child than a dead child.I say this not facetiously, and not as somebody who flippantly doesn't know what they're talking about, but as somebody actually on the autism spectrum {Asperger's} who has 2 1/2 pages of medical comorbidities and is disabled for life with severe chronic pain I wouldn't wish on anybody – but I don't wish for death for myself and I don't have the right to choose it for somebody else. Autism isn't the end of the world, and until you actually love your child unconditionally, and follow through with it, how do you really understand it anyway? But as clearly this doctor doesn't have any particular talent in particular, or else he wouldn't have to falsify results, he falsely frightens parents to killing off their own children by proxy by telling the parents to withhold lifesaving prophylactic medicine in the form of anti-vaccination scare tactics. It's gotten so bad that the death rates are actually starting to get worse in the more prosperous areas in the world than in the least prosperous areas in the world from the diseases we vaccinated against because those are the least vaccinated areas of the world – because of people like him. Unfortunately, it's getting very fashionable to make a living on the lecture circuit being a person like him if you have any inclination towards a lack of conscience/and/or research.
