I am somewhat of an expert on the subject. You just need to go to the USCIS website and download the I-129F form. USCIS Forms Are Free! Then read and follow the instructions EXACTLY. You do not need to pay anyone to help you with this process. You must be honest, and provide the information that they want to know. Then you need to watch the show “90 Day Fiance” to get some idea of what you are in for. It may not work out or it may work out great!
