Show me a video game RPG where :-players can set fire to a building with an errant cigarette and still save the place’s supply of peanuts.-Use a summoned dolphin as an impact cushion to avoid dying from a 500-foot fall-Use your fellow party member’s leg to paddle through a river of lava-Turn an encounter with a horde of daemons into a cowboy-themed orgy with a few diplomacy checks.-Run into a horde of monsters with an antimatter bomb strapped to your chest “just in case”-insulate yourself from fire damage right before pulling the pins on three bandoliers worth of incendiaries and jumping into a room-possessing a mech pilot and killing his armed guards by suplexing a giant crate of guns onto them.-possessing a suit of power armor to strangle the wearer as your sorcerer buddy tries to turn him into a goldfish.My players have done all of these and many, many, MANY more strange things in my time as a GM.

Yes.Most purist RPGs are on PC because the interface generally works better for the genre and are thus insulated from the effects of console related decisions. Ones hybridized with other genres will stick around and make the transition to VR as smoothly as any other existing genre.

RPG is a variant of the Recoilless Rifle. The difference is that the munition “grenade” is outside of the launch tube.A recoilless rifle burns all of the fuel inside the tube and is a ballistic projectile when it exits the launch tube. The flame that is often seen while the projectile is in flight is the insulation inside the motor burning. It often appears as though the motor is burning. The materials do not apply additional thrust.A missile/rocket launcher the motor of the munition continues to burn after it exits the launch tube.Some of the systems, like the TOW, use an expelling charge which burns inside the launch tube and then the main rocket motor ignites at a safe distance from the launcher. These systems could be considered a hybrid.Traditionally, missiles are guided while they are in flight. Rockets are unguided. This definition has been blurred as some rockets are being equipped with smart munitions that can detect and attack a specific target after the unguided rocket releases them in the target area.This is an extremely simple explanation but it conveys the most basic concept.
