Recently I Completed my NEBOSH IG1 & IG2 Latest Syllabus Pattern . so I believe that I am eligible to answer this Question.Unfortunately I had lost in both the Papers and I am requesting all you people to not take my words simply . Presenting you the answer based on my experience.In terms of Better :New Syllabus is easier & better comparing to old syllabus because :No following of COMMAND Words to Questions ( Old Syllabus used to have Command Words like EXPLAIN , DESCRIBE , DEFINE etc ) . But in new Syllabus they arelike What , When , why , How etc are followed before an question.Only one Single Theory Paper (IG1) & Project Submission through email known as (IG2). Whereas in Old Syllabus we used to have two theory papers IGC1 & IGC2 , Risk Assessment IGC3.No need of wasting time on thinking about Command words in the examination Hall just like in the past Syllabus.NOTE (From Point 2) : Present IG2 Risk Assessment’s “ Evaluation , Objective meeting Criteria & Observation ” have become much more Tough than the previous Old syllabus pattern.Project Assignment (Risk Assessment) should meet Objective in 100/100% Criteria and then only you will be Qualified otherwise be ready to see Refer in your Results marks List.EDIT : For your reference & knowledge I am adding an sample attachment feedback from which can be very helpful to Pass the IG2 Risk Assessment very easily :You should have “ Met “ all the objectives given in the above table where the outcome of result would be an “ Pass “ if it is showing “ Not met “ then the result outcome would be an “ Refer “.Edit : While Preparing your IG2 Risk Profiling Practicals for Submission please do try to have or get an Laptop from someone who can offer you . Don't waste your time by writing on paper then wandering around at your nearby Cybercafes. Try to be seated in a place where there is an Fetching Wifi Signal or an Active Internet Connection or your Mobile Hotspot is enough if you are using an network which is worth for the use. Don't write your own Narrated words because you won't be awarded atleast an attempt to mark for that.(Forget about Lucky or Miracle awarded marks nothing is going to be happened or awarded in NEBOSH Evaluation)Finally I want to tell you people who are going to opt this course for their professional career in Health , Safety and Environmental Engineering Profiles :Listen to your Tutors classes very carefully , just write down the main points during free time or in between Breaks.Don't waste time on Extra Curricular Activities like Social Media , Mobile Phones , PUBG , watching NETFLIX Series , Amazon Prime Originals spending time on Feku Useless Mobile applications , Similarly avoid Drinking Alcohol , Smoking cigarettes till you have Completed your examination.(If you are under any emergency / important work , medication of something follow the course properly & regularly don't interrupt and apply / choose examination date depending upon your convenience , Speak to your Course provider support Team to assist you on the Examination slot days.Don't think that your Course provider will recommend NEBOSH to Qualify you if you are an Experienced Safety Professional Candidates.Question papers , Study Materials , Suggestions which were given to you by your Respective Tutor or during your Institutes Internal Mock Examinations are more than the Price of Gold. You can almost score nearly 50% only from that only given material. Remaining scoring capability is depends on your Extra work on Text Book , attention paid by you during your Tutor classes or other materials you prepared.Don't follow so many Study materials.
