You’ll first go to Nonimmigrant Visa - Instructions Page to complete the application (it’s pretty long but it asks questions about yourself, family members, immigration history, job history, etc.). And then once that’s completed, you’ll print out the confirmation page (you’ll need it for your interview) and then you’ll schedule your visa appointment.
