We use CocoDoc for capturing digital signatures on contracts we run through Salesforce. It works well for capturing exactly who signed the document and when. CocoDoc keeps a record of every transaction so it's easy to go back and retrieve the history, print the completed contracts, or save them elsewhere as a digital copy. It offers recipients the option of how their digital signature will appear on the contract. It's also easy to set up signature sequencing, so you can predetermine the order signatures are applied to a document. The administrative interface offers a lot of options and functionality.
