Now Canada was caught with using banned additive, ractopamine from Frigo Royal in Quebec on June 18. To make matter worse, China caught more than 188 - not 1, but over 188, and counting - forged health certificates (Canadian Food and Inspections Agency) in several pork shipments from Canada. (There are severe issues with Canadian Food and Inspection Agency … how can Canadian companies have for so long and so rampantly abused Canada LAW!?)What is there to protest against? Canada did the first unthinkable thing - kidnapping of a company executive. Think what would happen if every country starts arresting executives… total trade breakdown. They still hold her even after trump said this is linked to the trade negotiations with China.Now Canadian pork have health issues and fake certification. You still expect China to buy and eat their harmful meat and watch innocent Chinese citizens die in agony. China might be targeting Canada for the kidnap, but she caught Canada with her pants down. What is there to protest? This is not the British imperial times, where you can go to war when countries do not buy your drugs (opium).

It’d probably be better for them to address the issues within the banned abattoirs. They got in trouble for failing labelling and health certificates in 2017 and obviously haven’t learnt their lesson. So just to be clear, China is refusing to take meat from those non complying abattoirs, not from Australia in general.One of the abattoirs is Chinese owned so this doesn’t seem to be aimed at Australia - it’s aimed at certain companies who have a long history of failing to comply with Chinese import requirements. That there’s a pandemic at the moment should in no way let these bad actors out of their responsibilities.

The European Union has got to be the smartest approach to international relations ever devised.Customs checks ,visas, residency cards, driving permits,roaming charges,medical insurance, import tax, animal health certificates , the list of inconvenient and often pointless elements of travel that the EU helps people avoid is endless.Thanks to the EU,an entire continent can function as 1 country.Thanks to the EU, it is possible to experience life in a multitude of different cultures, no strings attached.Thanks to the EU, one country can trade with another as easily as if they were neighbouring towns.Thanks to it’s incompetent government and many of it’s equally imbecilic voters , Britain will no longer be able to benefit from this amazing system.Brexit is the dumbest thing our country has ever done.
