There is a famous saying in Hindi, “Ghar Mein Nahi Daane, Amma Chali Bhunane.” (English: Don’t have grain at home and going for roasting of grain).The Indian government must first pay attention to its own educational institutions where the conditions are pathetic.According to one report, 95% engineers in India unfit for software development jobs as they can’t code.[1]Most schools don’t have teachers.Most teachers are not fit for teaching.Most of the positions are unfilled in universities for years.Most students pass their examination by cheating.Government has no fund to upgrade and maintain their own educational institutions.As far as radicalization is concerned, India must first stop its own youth getting radicalized before preaching Pakistan a lesson or two.Tulsidas has rightly said, ‘Par Updesh Kushal Bahutere’ (There are many people giving expert advice to others.)Let India focus on keeping its own house in order.Once India is strong from within, it need not bother about Pakistan.Footnotes[1] 95% engineers in India unfit for software development jobs: study

Tabliki Jamaat is the root cause of all such tweets.It was a heinous crime and worth being criticized from all angels however many people from a community stood with the criminals and delivered a message that we will stand with a person based on religion and not based on whether he is right or wrong. Some people and not all.This made majority to think. This made them restless becuase some stood against their own country.This is why now those people who are not in minority have started feeling insecure becuase of some biased laws on the name on secularism.Recently a few shops were targeted which had Hindu marks on them but shops of other religions were not questioned.Article 30 is also one of such laws related to educational rights of minorities.What is Article 30?Article 30 of the India Constitution states the right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions.Article 30(1) says that all minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.Which means they can form and run Madarasas and teach whatever they want to. We have seen a 5-6 year child in J&k saying in school that he wants to be a Mujahedeen and wants to get Kashmir free by facing a bullet on his chest and teachers were laughing on his statement. This must stop immediately.Article 30(1A) deals with the fixation of the amount for acquisition of property of any educational institution established by minority groups.Article 30(2) states that the government should not discriminate against any educational institution on the ground that it is under the management of a minority, whether based on religion or language, while giving aid.Means they should be given enough money but spending should not be questioned.This is what I feel should happen :One nation one education should be implemented. All schools must fall under one board and it should be called Indian Education Board. Some subjects should remain standard such as Science, Maths, English Literature and Indian History etc however some can be optional to fit the cultural diversity of the country.All religious schools must be either closed or regulated by central government. Teachers must be well trained, examined and certified. We have seen teachers teaching English who do not know how to spell apple. This must stop.All schools must have uniforms and any religious signs should be avoided. They should not be discriminated based on religion.Standard of education should improve. Education should get more from the government's budget.In short, school teaching should be of same standard for every child and it should be of good quality.It's time to repeal all such laws on the name of secularism. These laws are bringing more harms then benefits. System needs a major reform with a positive intent.Thanks for your time.

The GENERAL category is the most benefited category in India. :PLet me tell you an incident :One of my friends left us after class 10th and went to Resonance, Kota for the preparation of JEE (One of the leading coaching centers for JEE). She studies there for 2 years and couldn’t make it to IIT, studied again there in the drop year as well and this time got IIT- Ropar.On the other hand I prepared on myself for the two years and didn’t take drop of one year but decided to prepare on myself along with the 1st year of Engineering. In the end I couldn’t make it to the cutoff and was a few marks short of that and I was okay with that.In the 2nd year of Engineering, one night she called me casually. We were talking about the old days and suddenly she asked me why I didn’t take a drop. I mentioned the reason and told her the whole thing. She asked about my score to which I answered. She said, “ Arree, tujhe to IIT mil jana chahiye that” (Ohh, you would have got IIT then). I said no, cutoff was higher than that. She reluctantly said, “ohh, tu GENERAL hai naa” (Ohh, you belong to General category).I asked about her marks to which she said 50 marks less than you.She belongs to the ST Category.One more thing to show the Benefits a General candidate can get in IndiaAnd there are many more benefits.And they say :The State shall not discriminate against anycitizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, placeof birth or any of them.(Constitution of India Art 15 (1)).Edit (1) : On the suggestion of Nikhil Srivastava I am putting the whole of Art 15.15.
