PDF Editor FAQ

What are the worst inventions of all time, and why?

Leaded gas.At the time tetraethyl lead began being added to gas as an anti-knock agent, alcohol was already being used for the same purpose, with plenty of success. Alcohol has a few problems - it can cause corrosion to fuel lines, and isn't as soluble in gasoline - but that doesn't justify the monumentally stupid decision that the switch to leaded gas was.Lead was already known to be neurotoxic by the 19th century, but when Thomas Midgley discovered tetraethyl lead was an effective anti-knock agent, he got his employer GM to advocate for it, covering up the fact that it contained lead by calling it "ethyl" gas.The U.S. Public Health Service ran a conference in 1925 to determine the safety of leaded gas, then determined that wasn't its jurisdiction. Charles Kettering claimed there were no other reasonable anti-knock agents available, despite privately discussing several such agents with Midgley. They deemed alcohol too expensive, despite knowing it was safer. In decades to come, doctors like Randolph Byers who found behavioral problems in children exposed to lead were threatened with lawsuits. The "Ethyl Corporation" convinced the Surgeon General that leaded gas posed no threat. Midgley sometimes even drank the stuff to prove it was safe, but hid the fact that he was suffering from lead poisoning himself.Eventually, scientists like Clair Patterson uncovered the truth about health and environmental effects of leaded gas. In 1972, the EPA tried to enforce regulations under the 1970 Clean Air Act Extension, and was sued by Ethyl. They lost, but appealed and won, and since 1995 leaded gas has been banned for most purposes in the US.As Dr. Bill Kovarik of Radford University wrote, "[Leaded gas] was the 'Chernobyl' of the 1920s and one of the great environmental disasters of the 20th century." Of course, alcohol has environmental problems of its own, but these are less egregious and it no worse as an anti-knock agent. Midgley later played a major role in the development of CFCs, making him quite possibly one of the people with the worst effect on the environment and human health in history.

Who would win in a no-holds barred fight between Team Cap, Team Iron Man and The Revengers?

Oh hell yes it’s…It’s the Avengers versus the Revengers, and the…. Avengers again??Anyway, this is interesting since both teams possess higher numbers than The Revengers yet Team Thor here possesses the most raw strength. The members of Team Cap consist ofCaptain America (team leader): The ultimate military strategist and tactician. Best known fighter in the entire planet. Plus a gravity-defying shield made of proto-vibranium material, which makes it durable enough to withstand blows from even the strongest in all the Nine Realms, most notably Thor’s famed hammer, Mjolnir.Winter Soldier (Hand-to-hand front liner): Despite having weaker abilities than the Good Captain, he can still manage to keep up despite having no superhuman capabilities whatsoever. I would argue that he has not reached peak human like Steve or T’Challa, but I’m positive he’s very close. Also he has a sick robot arm so there’s that.Hawkeye (most useless Ave… I mean long-range specialist): Hawkeye is arguably the weakest among ANY of the fighters here to be honest. It’s not really a problem since it shows his humanity and that he’s the most normal Avenger there, but shooting futuristic arrows with a bow isn’t going to exactly cut it alongside a literal thunder deity with an axe that can literally destroy anything in its path. Not that I hate Hawkeye, but I’m sure a lot of people will agree with me on this one. However, his long-range abilities are pretty much unrivaled. In the comics he even killed a group of men with his fingernails. Just by flicking them with such precision, that it cuts through their eyes and makes them choke. Ridiculous? Definitely, but still bad-ass.Antman(Pym Particles expert, undercover agent/specialist): Scott Lang is more powerful than you might think. The thing about Lang is that he’s arguably more powerful when he turns small, not like 65 feet tall. Whenever, he shrinks, Scott’s mass doesn’t change at all. So it’s like being punched by a molecularly tiny person with the strength of a regular sized punched, but this time with more speed and density. He’s like a walking bullet. Also, his Pym Particles allow him to enlarge and shrink matter.Falcon (ground/aerial support): Sam Wilson, a.k.a Super Futuristic Bird Man. I honestly think his power levels are a bit mediocre. While he does have a special exoskeleton that gives him flight and agility, along with riot suppressive shields, I don’t think I would place him that much higher than Black Widow or Bucky. He’s a pretty good aerial marksman, but not like Hawkeye level. He’s also a good hand to hand combatant, so I’ll give him that. However, more of a support guy than a frontlines dude.Scarlet Witch (supernatural mage): If this was an RPG, Wanda Maximoff would be the sorceress class. Her Hex force gives her a variety of abilities, such as telekinesis, telepathy, gravitational manipulation, reality manipulation, energy projection, and energy field projection. I would say that she is probably the most powerful one out of everyone in Team Cap. She’s overpowered Vision, who has the full power of an Infinity Stone literally lodged in his forehead and tossed Black Panther aside like some plastic toy thrown by a toddler. If anything, she’s their best chance in terms of overall power. All right time for Team Robert Downey Ju…. I mean Iron Man!Iron Man (team leader): Genius, playboy, philanthropist… Tony Stark is more than you think he is when you look past the arrogant billionaire. He possesses a wide variety of Ironman suits that he can remotely control to create a literal army of himself. His base armor is pretty powerful considering it’s outdated to 6 years from his current Infinity War Bleeding Edge armor. He took on Thor, intercepted a nuclear missile, is the only one that rivals Bruce Banner’s intellect, easily defeated Loki with an Infinity Stone, all in one suit. Just imagine how powerful his current armor is. He made Thanos bleed with FOUR Infinity Stones, he can literally go at supersonic speeds, he tanked a full blast from the Power Stone, he’s pretty damn powerful with that shiny new nano armor.Vision(Frontlines enforcer): Vision is arguably the most powerful one in Team Ironman. He possesses superhuman strength, invulnerability, speed, flight, energy blasts, telepathy, intangibility, and cosmic awareness. He’s literally robot-Martian Manhunter. He possesses the advantage in both range and close quarters. He’s pretty damn strong. A lot stronger than people give him credit for. He might be the ace in the hole for Team Ironman.Black Panther(Hand-to-hand specialist): I don’t know about you guys but Black Panther was seriously overpowered in Civil War. Even among Vision and Scarlet Witch he still shines in the shiny new vibranium armor. He’s also had an upgrade in his suit to make him more versatile and durable. He’s fast enough to dodge Hawkeye’s arrows, the seemingly unrivaled archer, and power through Bucky without his suit. He’s also arguably a superhuman since his strength doesn’t come from pure physique, it comes from a certain herb from Wakanda passed from generation to generation, meaning he’s above peak human. His new suit allows him to also absorb kinetic energy, turning it into potential energy before releasing it back into an explosive kinetic energy form. This guy takes bad-assery to the next level.Spider-man (The rookie cop): Peter Parker is often underestimated because of his small size and inability to stay mature. But he really isn’t weak. At all actually. The thing about Spider-man is that he pulls his punches. Not that he is arrogant or cocky, but because he doesn’t want to kill anyone. There was this interesting comic event on Spiderman called Superior Spider-man, where Doctor Octopus takes over Spider-man’s body and desires to become the better Spiderman. A Spiderman more effective at eliminating crime. A Spiderman who is better than all the other heroes in town. A superior Spider-man. In one encounter with Scorpion, Doc. decided go one-on-one with the big, giant robo-scorpion. However, he didn’t really know how strong Peter really was as Spiderman. So in a single strike, he took Scorpion’s jaw off completely. It was shocking. The fact that this entire time Spidey was holding back so he wouldn’t end up killing someone, despite the fact that he has one of the biggest rogue galleries out there. In the MCU he really isn’t that different. You don’t ever see him throw a single punch at anyone. Ever. It really makes you see him in a totally different way as a hero, but also as a person. Spidey may not be anywhere near the strongest here, but you can be damn sure he’ll always get back up after getting hit.War Machine (Demolitions expert): James Rhodes is literally Ironman and Terminator combined. He’s very underrated as a superhero in terms of power. He possesses more firepower than a small army, it’s kind of insane how many explosives he carries. Smart missiles, repulsors, M230-Chaingun, jet boosters, lock-on patterns, rocket launchers, energy baton, force field projection, titanium base-plating… you name it he’s got it. James might not have the brains of Tony Stark but he sure has the training. Before War Machine he was a high-ranking military commander with hand-to-hand combat training. He might seem like discount Ironman but I assure you… He really isn’t.Black Widow (eye-candy + espionage undercover agent): The Black Widow is one of the most deadliest fighters in the world. She can speak dozens of languages, knows over 20 fighting styles, an expert in computer-software hacking and malware bypass, master of being completely undetectable… she’s more underrated than you think. She also possesses a variety of weapons such as her electric Widow-stingers and energized batons. She is also an expert marksman with mastery over a wide variety of long range weapons, like her signature Glock-12 handguns. She might not be Hawkeye level but I don’t think shooting a weapon that literally originated before the Dark Ages is better than having some cool gadgets. And finally….. Team THOR! or the Revengers but that’s a stupid name.Thor (team leader): Son of Odin, Norse God of Thunder, King of Asgard….Thor is a force not to underestimate, especially since he’s literally a walking thunder deity. Thor’s strength is unrivaled as he’s probably the most powerful one here. His abilities include a vast superhuman strength, speed, invulnerability, a seemingly limitless endurance, total control of the forces of nature including other aspects of the weather besides thunder and lightning, flight, cosmic awareness… he’s got it all. His new weapon, Stormbreaker, allows him to control the Bifrost and theoretically see everything in the universe like Heimdall(RIP) once did. The thing about Thor is that he’s the only one on the Avengers that is beyond human comprehension, he’s basically an alien to humans, kind of like Superman. He didn’t originate from Earth and get his powers from a freak accident or the power of science. He was born a god, so he’s bound to be the strongest. In just two films, he fought Hela to a standstill, TKO’d the Hulk in a gladiatorial match, defeated a weakened Surtur(Lord of Niflheim), out tricked the God of Tricksters, took the full force of a neutron star like a BOSS(and then almost dying), single-handedly turned the tide of the Battle of Wakanda, and powered through Thanos with a FULL set of Infinity Stones. That’s pretty damn impressive. With all this, he is without a doubt “the Strongest Avenger.” Thor will be the leading force in this battleHulk(Big Brute Enforcer): Bruce Banner, a.k.a the Worst Case of Anger Issues of All Time, the Big Jade Giant, the Incredible Hulk. The Hulk is an extremely powerful being considering that he is still human, even in his big green appearance. The Hulk possesses almost unrivaled superhuman strength, being able to overpower Fenris the Wolf and go tear through the Hulkbuster Armor. His powers are based off of gamma radiation, so he is virtually immune to any types of alien radiation. He also possesses superhuman speed, invulnerability, advanced healing regeneration, enhanced senses, and the one most people don’t know about… energy absorption. As far as just raw strength, Hulk is the alpha male here.Valkyrie(Hand-to-hand field expert): Valkyrie was once one of the fiercest warriors in the Asgardian elite of the Valkyrie Core. She possesses decades of hand-to-hand combat skills, strategic mindset, variety of Asgardian weapons, basically if Black Widow was an Asgardian. She also possesses an Asgardian physique, which should give her a slight edge in terms of her Asgardian physical attributes. She’s nowhere near Thor’s level, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t strong. She’s been shown to leap over 40 feet in the air and has beaten Loki in one-on-one combat. She is very to underestimate, but Asgardians are never to be underestimated.Loki(Master Magician/Illusionist): Loki Laufeyson, Master Sorcerer, Strategic genius, Manipulative Trickster, The God of Mischief. Loki is without a doubt one of the most powerful Asgardians ever. He doesn’t show it at times but in reality he is quite powerful. With his magical abilities, he can teleport himself at will, create multiple deceiving illusions, manipulate reality, possesses multiple shapeshifting abilities, can terminate and control memories through powerful spells, has thousands of years of combat training and experience, superhuman strength, endurance, speed, invulnerability, he wields various Asgardian Uru weapons, like his signature knives. However, his most powerful attribute is his ability to manipulate others with his powerful mind.Oh wow, there are a lot more Avengers and Revengers then I imagined. I did not think that through at all before writing this. Anyways, it looks like Team Revengers have a disadvantage in numbers but they have two of the strongest faces in the MCU, Thor and Hulk. Now before we start making childhood heroes fight each other just for fun, we should set some ground rules:We will use the latest versions of the characters, so basically up to Infinity War, where everyone is at their strongest. Antman also has his new suit from the recent addition Antman and the Wasp, and Hawkeye is still the flashy archer and not the dark and brooding Ronin.Characters need to be in character. So no Spiderman decapitating Captain America with his own shield or Thor just destroying the entire planet. They have morals and they need to stick to them or else they wouldn’t be the same character. For example, Spiderman is a character most known for his morals and his rule to not kill. If I had Spiderman suddenly beat Falcon to death that wouldn’t make sense. It wouldn’t be the friendly-neighborhood Spiderman, it would just be some blood lusted killer with the same appearance and abilities as Spiderman. You know what I mean? Good. This battle will be held at the airport seen in Civil War. Cause why not?Lets get started.Team Ironman and Team Cap approach each other, each one of their eyes filled with fury, fists clenched tightly. The environment is silent. They don’t fight from passion at this day. They fight for honor and glory. The ultimate reward of victory.Captain America, leading Team Cap, rallies his troops in traditional patriotic fashion, maybe throwing in a super inspirational speech cause he’s that cool.“Lets move,” Cap commands.Team Cap approaches Team Ironman in dramatic fashion, running up to them now prepared for inevitable battle.“They’re not stopping Mr. Stark,” Spidey says.“Then we won’t either,” Tony says as Team Ironman and Team Cap build up speed, running towards each other at full speed. But then…..A loud crackle is heard in the sky. The clouds gather, darkening the environment as the atmosphere lights up with blue lightning, raging across the environment. Both teams stop in their tracks looking around the peculiar setting transforming around them. The clouds are in a dark gray shroud now, as speeding winds become violent and the earth itself shakes. And then…BOOM!The Bifrost appears striking the ground with massive force, shaking the entire environment. The dark silhouettes of four people begin to appear.Team Thor as arrived.Thor: “Did I miss anything?”Tony: “Thor? Where the hell have you been? Nice haircut by the way.”Thor: “Why I’m here for the same reason you and the good Captain are here.”Lightning storms surround all three teams, seemingly filling the environment with overwhelming power.Hulk clenches his to massive fists as the Jade Giant towers over everyone.Captain America: “And what might that be Thor?”Thor: “To FIGHT.”Thor throws his axe towards Ironman, with the base hitting him on the chest and sending him through miles of debris. Cap throws his shield towards Thor, delaying his axe from returning. That signals all three teams to engage.Black Panther goes for Bucky and kicks him away before he could approach Steve to back him up. Bucky pulls himself up with his robotic arm but is given no time to recover as the Panther triple kicks his face and chest back on to the ground. Bucky gets up twice as fast and he charges towards T’Challa, launching himself in the air to strike down the Black Panther. The Winter Soldier is engaged in combat with the Black Panther.Hawkeye stays back as long-range support, firing explosive arrows left and right, at least until he is knocked back by Natasha, dazed from consecutive strikes by her electric batons. The Black Widow and Hawkeye engage in one on one combat.Falcon provides air support for Team Cap before he is knocked down by War Machine. Sam attempts to combat Rhodes before he is pulled back down by Spiderman. Spidey’s versatility proves too much and forces Sam into ground combat.Spiderman: “You have the right to remain silent!” Spidey says as he dodges Sam’s tranquilizer bullets and explosive projectiles.Spiderman and the Falcon are engaged in one on one combat.War Machine goes back for Sam before he is pulled down by an unknown force. He looks back and sees Antman in his gigantic form pulling him down with a single hand. Cap smiles as he sees Scott Lang wreak havoc across the entire environment.War Machine is thrown down into nearby debris, crashing through the ground with overwhelming force. Scott continues to destroy the setting around him. He has everyone in his sight and sees Ironman clashing with Thor. Tony is losing. Scott sees an opportunity to ambush two team leaders. But he makes a fatal mistake. He forgets about one person. He forgets about the Hulk. And he’s real mad.Hulk jumps up 70 feet in the air with overwhelming speed and power, crushing the ground beneath him. He gets ready to uppercut Scott into next Saturday. And he succeeds. Scott is knocked out with a single punch as the Hulk never restrains himself. The shockwave is heard across the environment as Team Cap and Team Ironman look up to see their massive comrade fall. The Jade Giant sends Lang crashing towards the ground, knocking him unconscious.Antman is out of the fight.Scarlet Witch runs towards Scott to help her teammate recover before she is stopped in her tracks by none other than the God of Mischief, Loki Laufeyson. Loki surrounds her with continuous illusions as Wanda struggles to keep up even with her hex field abilities. Before she could let out a massive energy projection, she is knocked down by the true Loki by surprise. Wanda launches herself in the air while Loki arms himself with Uru based weapons.Loki and the Scarlet Witch are engaged in one on one combatHulk lands back down, making a thundering crash as he lets out a massive roar, until the Vision blasts him multiple yards away with an energy beam from the Mind Stone. The Hulk is angry now. Hulk screams in fury as he jumps toward Vision. The Vision readies himself as he turns himself intangible before the Hulk flattens him.The Hulk and Vision are engaged in one on one combat.Meanwhile, Ironman continuously blasts Thor with repetitive repulsor blasts before Thor lets out a huge thunder repulse knocking him unbalance. Tony tries to regain composure but it’s too late. The God of Thunder blasts Stark 50 yards away with a massive lightning blast, and speeds towards a falling Ironman. Cap proceeds to chase them before he is caught off guard by the Asgardian warrior Valkyrie. Cap blocks multiple strikes from her Asgardian Uru blades before he kicks her down with a precise back kick.Captain America: “Ma’am, I don’t think you’re from around here.”Valkyrie: “How’d you guess?”Captain America: “The swords gave it away.”Cap and Valkyrie proceed to charge at each other and engage in one on one combat.Winter Soldier is still battling the Black Panther, and losing. Bucky is continuously hit by claw rushes from T’Challa as he is getting worn down. Panther’s abilities are above peak human, so his endurance, speed, and strength prove superior. Bucky’s robot arm gets worn down as T’Challa gets a fatal kick in, backed up by energized kinetic energy, and knocks Bucky down on to the ground. Bucky struggles to get up, but inevitably gets knocked unconscious with one last strike. The Winter Soldier is out of the battle.Cap sees Bucky unconscious laying on the ground while avoiding Valkyrie’s consecutive attacks.Captain America: “Bucky!”Cap attempts to rush towards his childhood friend before he is knocked down by Valkyrie. Valkyrie pauses for a moment, attempting to shove her Uru sword through his heart. Cap blocks the fatal attack with his vibranium shield and knocks her off balance. Steve gets up and prepares himself for another swift assault. Valkyrie underestimates Steve. How could she possibly ever lose to a puny human while she herself was a strong Asgardian warrior. The two parry each others attacks for a while until Cap powers through her entire arsenal of Uru weapons with his shield while singing “When Captain America throws his mighty shield, all those who chose to oppose his shield must yield!” Just kidding ignore that last part.Cap and Valkyrie seem evenly matched until Cap knocks her Uru sword out of her hand with one mighty throw. Valkyrie is confused and winded by the gravity-defying shield, right before Steve gives her one last round house kick midair, finally knocking out the Asgardian.Valkyrie is out of the fight.Hawkeye and Widow are so evenly matched they’ve been fighting behind the scenes the entire time. Both exhausted from the fight take a moment to pause.Black Widow: “We’re still friends right?”Hawkeye: “Depends on how hard you hit me.”Before Natasha could retrieve her Glock 12 pistols from her holsters, Clint fires multiple environmentally destructive arrows while making sure not to accidentally hit her. This attack delays Natasha for a costly 5 seconds. Clint knocks her two pistols out of her hand and disarms her Widow stingers with an EMP arrow. She’s out of options.Clint fires multiple flash-bang arrows above her head, disorientating her vision and hearing, allowing Clint to knock her out with the side of his bow. Clint holds his unconscious friend as he whispers his apology. The Black Widow is out of the fight.Meanwhile, Spiderman and Falcon have resumed their combat. Falcon uses his RedWing drone to distract Spidey and kick him away with an aerial attack. Peter gets up and uses his web-slingers to get on top of Sam while in the air. Falcon and Spidey engage in combat midair but fall towards the ground. Falcon loses the aerial advantage he once possessed and Spidey uses his superior reflexes to web Sam’s wings to the ground. Spidey then dodges multiple tranquilizer bullets using his Spidey Sense and ends the fight with one last powerful kick, knocking Sam unconscious.Falcon is out of the fight.Spidey sees his idol, Tony Stark, being bombarded by the God of Thunder, as lightning begins to surround the environment with loud crackles echoing through the sky. Spiderman proceeds to run towards the destructive fight.War Machine gets up and sees Scott Lang lying unconscious. He then sees Captain America dashing towards Black Panther, with an unconscious Winter Soldier next to them. War Machine flies towards Cap and Panther to join the fight and take out the leader of Team Cap.Meanwhile, Loki and Scarlet Witch are still engaged in combat. Scarlet Witch readies herself once more with her Hex powers, when suddenly Loki uses his sorcery to suddenly make himself vanish. Wanda puts herself on high alert.Loki: “You stand against the God of Mischief, Wanda Maximoff.”Scarlet Witch: “How do you know my name?”Loki: “Like I said, God of Mischief.”Loki suddenly uses his ability to manipulate illusions to multiply himself, panicking Wanda. Wanda lets out multiple energy blasts, but resistance is futile. More and more illusions appear as Wanda starts getting more desperate, shooting down false images as Loki just smiles. In one last attempt, Wanda releases a huge repulse, making all the illusions disappear. Then, with a series of telekinetic attacks, environmental objects and daggers fly towards Wanda. Scarlet Witch parries the attack with a force field, when suddenly Loki in his true form appears behind Wanda and strikes her with two of his knifes. Wanda tries to gain distance as she has the disadvantage in close distance, but she is delayed when Loki uses his Frost Giant cryokinetic abilities. After Wanda is worn down, Loki touches her forehead and delays her further with his psychic abilities. While Wanda is in flashback mode, Loki takes this time to pull her towards him with his telekinetic abilities and knocks her out with one last swift strike to the temple of her head. She may be an Avenger, but he has no quarrel with her.Scarlet Witch is out of the game.Vision sees Wanda lying unconscious and pauses for 5 seconds. But those 5 seconds are too costly as he forgets about his opponent for a moment. That opponent is the Hulk. And you never forget about the Incredible Hulk.Vision is punched several yards in to the ground as he takes the massive punch with much external damage. Despite Vision’s vibranium exterior armor, there is no stopping an angry Hulk. Vision continues to phase through the Hulk’s attacks and desperately pushing him back with continuous energy blasts, but the entire fight is futile. The Hulk’s regenerative abilities prevent Vision from doing any permanent damage with his energy beams while the only thing stopping the Hulk is Vision’s intangibility. Vision sees that the battle is not of relevance and that there is no possible way he could leave as the victor, so he disappears to tend to Wanda. The Hulk is confused momentarily until he sees Colonel Rhodes, the War Machine, flying straight through the air. The Hulk smiles as all he sees is a good fight. He jumps towards War Machine with tremendous speed, tagging Rhodes midair and sending them both crashing through the ground. The Hulk and War Machine are engaged in battle.Meanwhile, Black Panther and Captain America are dueling as both of them trade thundering blows, with a battle that might rage forever. Steve blocks all of the Panther’s consecutive explosive attacks, but he’s getting worn down. With one last attack, Panther knocks him down with a spinning aerial kick, finally ready to deliver the finishing blow. Then suddenly, an explosive arrow hits Panther at the side of his face, pushing him away from Cap. Hawkeye stands with Captain America as the two remaining members of Team Cap face off against Black Panther.Black Panther avoids Hawkeye’s explosive arrows with incredible speed and agility…. but he starts to slow down. He can’t keep up with Captain America’s reflexes and Hawkeye’s deadly accurate arrows. Through desperation, the King of Wakanda throws Cap in front of Clint.Hawkeye: “You gotta move Cap I can’t get a clear shot.”As Cap grapples with the Panther, T’Challa releases an explosive kinetic energy attack, knocking Steve off balance. T’Challa claws and Cap, with only his vibranium shield to protect himself.Captain America: “Clint now!”Clint fires a flashbang arrow midair delaying the Panther 7 costly seconds. Cap knocks T’Challa’s feet from under him knocking him over. As Cap shields himself and Black Panther gets up in confusion, a barrage of explosive arrows strike T’Challa as he tries to shield himself with more and more energy building up in his suit. Then, with full force, Captain America rams T’Challa with the base of his shield, sending the Panther backwards from his own kinetic energy into some debris, finally knocking the King of Wakanda out. Both Cap and Hawkeye stand over T’Challa, both out of breath, the two run for cover as they only remain on their team. The Black Panther is out of the fight. As War Machine sees both Cap and Clint dashing across the arena, he tries to pursue them but is stopped by a rampaging HULK. Rhodes fires multiple explosive smart missiles and repulsor blasts at the Jade Giant, but it’s not enough. Banner powers through the War Machine’s long-range weapons with little difficulty and swats Rhodes into a nearby plane. Rhodes struggles to get up while his suit expresses much exterior damage. With insanely high speeds, the Hulk launches himself through the air right towards James. James tries to speed away into the air, but his jet boosters are damaged and cost him a punishing 4 seconds. The Hulk grabs him while midair and thrusts him into the ground. With too much external damage James is unable to move. With little resistance, James uses a booster in his arm sending one last punch towards the Hulk’s skull…. which Hulk catches effortlessly.War Machine: “Oh s***.”Hulk tosses Rhodes around like a ragdoll and tears his suit apart like a wild ragdoll, until only James himself is left wearing only the scrapped remains of his armor. The Hulk tosses War Machine into nearby debris one last time, knocking him out.War Machine is out of the fight.Tony Stark kneels down panting, with his Bleeding Edge armor still trying to recover with it’s remaining nanobots. Thunder clouds still surround him with vicious lightning striking the arena.Thor: “Stay down Stark. You have no idea what kind of forces you are dealing with here.”Ironman: “We’ll see about that Point Break.”Tony speeds towards Thor, with multiple explosive drones following him at max speed. Thor uses his lightning barrage to rid Tony of his puny drones. With Tony dazed from the powerful lightning attack, Thor swats him away with his axe from one mighty swing. Tony swiftly lands and plants himself to the ground as his nanobots start turning his arms into ion blasters. Before Thor has time to react, he shot from behind knocking him forward. With Thor momentarily dazed, Ironman flies at him with max speed, using his fist cuffs to pummel Thor to the ground. The two have a brief brawl with Tony seeming to gain the upperhand and even disarming Stormbreaker from Thor’s grasp, but its not enough, with four massive punches Thor breaks through Ironman’s fist cuffs and grabs Tony by the neck trying to pry open his mask. Before Thor could deal the finishing blow, Tony turns his hands into long blades and escapes the God of Thunder’s grasp with his rocket boosters. He cuts down Thor over and over until Thor gains leverage with a single punch to the liver and catches Tony’s blade with one hand, bending it backwards.Ironman: “Okay….. You’ve worked out.”Thor retrieves Stormbreaker and cuts off Tony’s Nano-blade. The Asgardian parries a fatal strike from Tony’s other hand and swats it down like a plastic toy. Then with another mighty swing he disarms Tony of his final blade and kicks him away into some debris. As Tony struggle to get up, Thor cuts him down with a single throw. Tony tries to recover his suit but it’s too late. The God of Thunder pins him down and pummels him with his immense strength, tearing through his armor. Forming a Nano-shield with his available hand Tony pushed Thor away momentarily, until the Asgardian calls Stormbreaker back and forms the biggest lightning blast in the history of lighting blasts. Ironman now struggles to fend off this vast new power, so he ditches his shield and desperately sends countless smart missiles, which Thor powers through and counters with a powerful lightning repulse, sending Tony through miles and miles of debris. Ironman’s suit is now fully exhausted as any repulsor blast is easily deflected by the God of Thunder. Thor kicks Tony down destroyed his mask and revealing his head. Then, with thunder building up in Thor’s eyes, he pounds on Tony’s energy field until his suit’s power is entirely decimated. He’s ready to end it all with one final swing. Tony covers himself with his arms, now helpless…. until.THWIP THWIP THWIPThor feels a tug on his axe and arms.Spider-man is pulling on his axe to save his idol.Cap and Hawkeye stop in their tracks, in awe by the acts of some teenage hero like Spidey trying to face off against a literal thunder deity. Thor pauses for a moment and Ironman looks in shock. Even the Hulk and Loki stop in their tracks.Thor: “Your bravery is admirable young one, but you forget that you face a god.”Thor shocks the webbing Spiderman is using, momentarily dazing him and scrambling his Spidey Sense, pulling him forward with his own webbing and grabbing him by the neck. Thor holds back, but he knows he can’t hesitate. Before Spidey could free himself, he uses another lightning attack to delay Peter. Then, with much force, he thrusts Peter in to the ground like a small insect and tosses him into debris, knocking Peter out.Spiderman is out of the fight.Tony is infuriated now, with his prodigy lying unconscious from the powerful attacks of the Thunder Deity.Ironman: “Friday, call in Veronica.”Then suddenly, a massive suit of armor rams Thor into the ground and tosses him into a nearby plane, causing it to explode. The Hulkbuster Mark 2 is here. Tony gets in the suit and sends rocket barrages on everyone he spots. Cap and Clint dash behind cover, Vision appears next to Tony, Loki uses his invisibility powers to vanish out of sight from Tony’s targeting system, but the Hulk…He glares. He remembers the time that puny robot man pummeled him to the ground. He remembers when the robot man made him hurt dozens of people around him and then continued to sucker punch him in the face. The Hulk remembers. And he’s still mad about it.The Hulk jumps after Ironman, madder than ever, and with one massive swing he crushes Tony straight through the ground with a gigantic shockwave, leaving a fist dent on Tony’s helmet. Vision makes a mistake by trying to overpower the Hulk with raw strength knowing he cannot go on with the same fight pattern as last time, but he is swatted away immediately crashing straight through nearby debris. Tony gets up twice as quick and the two charge at each other until their fists meet each other, with such force the wind blows outward violently. Banner and Tony trade blows with each other, with a shockwave following each strike and the ground beneath them crumbling like cardboard. Tony uses his repulsor blasts to push Banner away, but the Hulk is unstoppable. He powers through the energy blasts and jumps towards Tony. Tony parries Hulk’s punches with continuous force field projections and kicks him away with a jet boosted round house. As soon as Banner gets up, Tony flies into the sky shooting multiple smart missiles towards the Hulks location. Regardless, Hulk launches himself right at Tony, grappling with him in the air. Tony tries to shoot Banner away but it’s too late. They both fall into ground. The two grab each other and start brawling it out. As Thor gets up mildly dazed from the Hulkbusters sneak attack, he sees something peculiar. The Hulk is losing.Ironman continues to down the Hulk with repetitive repulsor blasts until he runs on low power. The Hulk starts to become dazed just until Ironman charges up one final, massive punch, knocking the Hulk down.Iron Man: “Had enough Big Green?”The Hulk gives Tony a vicious glare as green blood flows from his mouth and he spits out a tooth.Iron Man: “Oh hell.”The Hulk jumps onto Iron Man, with Tony landing on his back as his jet booster get more and more damaged. The Hulk starts pummeling Iron Man with no mercy. The Hulk is not under the influence of magic now. He is in full control…. and now he’s madder than ever. He won’t lose again. Tony’s force shields start to get on low power. As the Hulk lifts his big fists up, ready to smash Tony’s head in, the Vision cannonballs himself into the Hulk, knocking him off Tony. Tony gets up and teams up with the Vision to take on the Hulk. And with one giant roar from the Jade Giant, the Hulk charges at both of them. The three of them brawl it out. The Hulk might have had the upper hand with Tony, but not both of them. Now he is clearly losing. This isn’t a fight he’s going to win. The Vision and Ironman push him back and use their combined energy blasts to push Hulk away. The Hulk is now desperate and struggling. His skin is start to heat up and it’s going to be very soon when Big Green finally falls. Then suddenly, Stormbreaker powers through both the Vision’s beam and Stark’s energy blasts, cutting off the Hulkbusters left arm right off. Thor lands next to Hulk retrieving Stormbreaker.Thor: “Ready for one last battle, old friend?”Hulk: “Hulk born ready.”Thor Odinson alongside the Incredible Hulk charges at Tony and the Vision as they both brace themselves.Thor Odinson and the Hulk are now engaged in combat with the Vision and IronmanCap and Clint sneak behind some cover as the battle is to destructive, so Steve decides to wait for the opportunity to strike when they’re both weakened. Cap scouts around the area while Hawkeye dives under cover sharpening his arrows.Captain America: “Okay Clint listen up. As soon as they’re both weakened I want you to tag Tony’s big new suit with one of those EMP arrows. Try to slow Vision down with some taser arrows. I’ll flank from behind but I’m counting on you too…..”As Steve looks back, he sees Loki holding Clint in a chokehold.Captain America: “Loki, always the God of Tricksters. Why are you working with Thor? Last time I saw you, you were leveling an entire city.”Loki: “Nice to see you too Captain. Trust me Rogers, I’ve strayed away from that path. I’m just here to win a fight.”Captain America: “Yeah well, you’re going to have to do that another time.”Clint uses a flashbang arrow to daze Loki, delaying the god 5 seconds. More than enough time for the Captain to ram Loki with his mighty shield. Loki and Cap start brawling it out as the two trade and parry blows. Cap may have had the upper hand with Valkyrie but just barely. Loki is clearly winning with his hybrid physiology of Frost Giant biology. Loki pins down Steve as the Captain is now on his knees.Captain America: “Now Clint!”Hawkeye fires an explosive arrow at Loki right after the god is kicked away….which Loki easily catches. However, Loki never falls for the same trick twice. He throws the explosive arrow at Cap, knocking him off balance. While Cap is momentarily dazed, Loki charges at Hawkeye. The two have a brief brawl, but a mere human like Hawkeye can’t stand against someone like Loki, who is in fact a literal Norse deity. Loki snaps Hawkeye’s bow like a twig and catches both of his fists while mid-swing.Loki: “I should have killed you Barton, but I have no quarrel with you now.”Hawkeye swings at Loki, which does minimal damage. Loki in turn kicks Clint down and catches him by the neck. Then, with one swift motion straight to the back of the archers neck, he knocks him out.Hawkeye is now out of the fight.Loki towers over Clint’s unconscious body, only to end up attacked from behind by the good Captain. Loki is knocked off balance with one precise shield throw and the two have one last brawl. However, this is a fight Cap won’t win. Loki out muscles and overpowers him. Cap retreats while blocking Loki’s punches. His Frost Giant and Asgardian hybrid strength proves too much, but Cap retaliates. A good soldier never backs down from a fight so easily.Meanwhile, Ironman alongside Vision does battle with the God of Thunder and the Hulk. This is a battle neither side knows whether they will gain victory or not. Vision fires a beam from his Infinity Stone, only to be blocked by Thor’s Stormbreaker. Hulk then leaps at the Vision, only to be kept at bay by the Hulkbuster armor. Tony pummels at Banner’s face, hoping to revert the Hulk back to his regular human form, but the Hulk is still mad about their last conflict. Hulk catches Tony’s fist as gamma radiates off of Hulk’s body. Then, with one gigantic uppercut, he knocks Tony off his feet, detaching his helmet and sending him crashing through the ground. The Hulk lands on Tony and starts tearing through the suit like a wild animal. Tony ejects himself into the air and continues to blast the Hulk with consecutive repulsor beams in his Nanosuit. Hulk roars in the air and leaps after Tony through the skies.Thor and Vision continue their duel as the two trade punished blows. Thor gets the upper hand by sending a lightning strike towards Vision, malfunctioning his systems momentarily. Thor beats down on Vision as he clearly overpowers him… but he gets cocky.Thor: “You stand against a god machine. You and I may have been allies, but not today.”Vision, now seeing Thor off guard, disarms Thor with an energy blast and sends him flying with a strong uppercut, sending the Asgardian through meters and meters of debris. Thor lands on his feet and retrieves his weapon. He won’t make the same mistake again. He distracts Vision with a thunder storm and phases him through multiple massive whirlwinds. He then flies straight at Vision with incredible speed surprising the android, and sending them both straight through the ground. They both continue their brawl with Vision getting the upper hand through his density manipulation powers. Vision holds the Odinson in a chokehold now. In an attempt to break free, Thor lights himself with electrical energy, shocking Vision. Thor then swiftly kicks him away and calls his axe back. The android cannot match the Odinson’s flight speed, so he vanishes beneath the ground. However, the God of Thunder has had enough. He charges his power up, with his eyes now lit with the fury of lightning, and lets out a huge thunder repulse by striking the ground with the blade of Stormbreaker, now with lightning surrounding him and emanating from his body. Vision gets pushed back by the destructive attack, just a couple feet distance away from Odinson. Then, with one mighty swing, he hits Vision as hard as he can, causing a loud shockwave to follow, with thunder rumbling throughout the sky. Vision struggles to get up now, as he has a massive dent on his vibranium chest. Thor lights up his Stormbreaker with insane power, capable of leveling an entire portion of New York. In a desperate attempt to gain victory, Vision charges up his Infinity Stone and sends a huge energy beam at the god. Then, with one big throw, he sends Stormbreaker zooming towards Vision. The energy beam may have been from an Infinity Stone, but an Asgardian King’s Weapon has no bounds. Stormbreaker powers through Vision’s energy blast like paper. Vision has miscalculated. He underestimated a god and now he’s going to pay for it. The axe tanks the blast goes straight into Vision’s chest before he could phase through it. Vision screams out in pain and lands on his knees. Thor kicks him down onto the ground and pulls out his axe from the wound. Then, before Vision could recover, he charges up his fist and lands one last punch at the side of the android’s face, knocking the Vision out.The Vision is now out of the fight. The Hulk is still brawling it out with Ironman as he struggles to keep up with Tony’s versatility and speed. Tony sends some more projectiles and repulsor blasts at the Hulk, but it’s just not enough. Tony soon runs out of dynamic power and instead decides to face him head on. He lands multiple punches on the Hulk, even staggering him… at least temporarily. The Hulk grabs Tony by the legs and tosses him around. Ironman’s energy fields are getting low, he’s going to get torn apart. Then with one repulsor blast to the eye, Hulk falls back. He sees multiple shadows in front of him with outlines of Ironman armor. He turns around and sees the Iron Legion with all of Tony’s new and old suits. They all fire at the Hulk at full power. Missiles, Uni-beams, repulsor blasts, sonic attacks. The Hulk is being overwhelmed and there isn’t anything he can do. As the suits run low on power Hulk uses this delay to tear apart the suits one by one. He succeeds, but not without sustaining much damage. Then….Ironman: “Remember me Bruce?”Tony shows up in the Hulkbuster Armor Mark 1.Hulk receives visions of the destruction he caused, but he’s too fatigued to fight on. However, before he could even attempt to do so, Ironman charges up his fist and knocks the Hulk down with such force, the Hulk finally lies unconscious. The Hulk is out of the fight.Loki and Cap resume their duel as they both wear each other down with countless consecutive blows landing. Cap seems to gain the upper hand at first and pushes the trickster down with his shield.Captain America: “Had enough?”Then suddenly, Loki disappears using his illusion manipulating abilities. Dozens of illusions start to appear. Cap strikes down one but two more appear. Then, they draw their knives and throw them all at once. Cap not knowing where to defend himself gets stabbed right in the leg as Loki knocks his shield down with his superhuman strength and kicks him down. Cap’s out of options. However, he never gives in. Using all the will he can muster, he pulls the knife out of his leg and charges right at Loki knocking them both down.Elsewhere, Thor and Ironman have one last stand off. Tony towers over Thor in his Hulkbuster armor, but this is not a battle of height. It is a battle of wills. The battle to see who will fall first. Thor charges up his lightning as he flies into the sky ready to make a heavy landing. Tony guards himself as Thor with the blade of Stormbreaker comes crashing down with a heavy landing. The blow itself was too significant and penetrates Tony’s force shields. Picking himself back up, Thor deals a heavy uppercut, and then another to the liver, and then another. Tony pushes Thor away with a repulsor blasts and begins to barrage him with a storm of missiles. Thor lifts his arm up and begins intercepting every single one with his lightning. Missiles may be fast, but nowhere near lightspeed. Thor flies towards Tony and the two have one last brawl. At first, Tony pummels Thor into the ground, using his height and weight advantage. But Thor always retaliates. He blocks Tony’s punch with his axe and pulls him forward. Thor proceeds to kick Tony down and cut off the arm of his armor.Ironman: “Veronica, I’m gonna need a hand.”A huge drone suddenly flies in with spare Hulkbuster parts… but Thor does not approve. He throws Stormbreaker at the drone, destroying it along with the extra parts.Ironman: “Son of a-”Ironman kicks down Thor and beats him to the ground with his remaining arm while Stormbreaker drops within its tracks into the ground. With every hit, Thor charges up with more and more power as Tony’s readings go off the charts. Then with one mighty haymaker, he sends Tony flying through the air and straight into the ground, knocking off his helmet and damaging his chest plate. Tony swiftly gets out of his suit to face Thor, but he’s already suffered enough damage. Thor grabs Tony by the leg and throws him back into the ground before he can evade. Then, using his Asgardian strength he beats down on Tony’s armor, ripping through his suit like a chainsaw through mere wood. He then grabs Stormbreaker but fails to deal the final blow when Tony blasts him right in the face. Tony’s jet boosters are damaged now and he doesn’t have the nanotech to make up for it, so he stands his ground… till’ the end. The two have one last ground battle until Thor lands a good hook, tearing apart Tony’s faceplate. Tony desperately blasts Thor but it’s ineffective now. The God of Thunder has had enough. With one final swing, he smashes Ironman down with the base of his hammer, crushing him into the ground. He proceeds to beat down on Stark until his suit reaches it’s full damage capacity. Tony’s face is now revealed, bruised and bloodied. And with one final strike, it is Thor who ends it all, knocking Stark out.Ironman is out of the fight.Loki and Cap are still dueling, but Cap is getting exhausted. As more time passes, Loki lands more and more precise strikes, until Cap finally gives in and falls to the ground, still conscious. Thor lands in front of him.Thor: “We were good friends once Captain. So I tell you now to stand down. For your sake.”Captain America: “I could do this all day.”With one swift move, he back kicks Loki away and retrieves his shield. Thor jumps up ready to strike Cap down and Steve shields himself. As the blade of Stormbreaker makes contact with the vibranium alloy, a massive shockwave occurs, obliterating the environment around them. Cap looks down in shock. Holding not one but two things.Thor had shattered Cap’s shield into two pieces.Cap drops his broken shield and charges at Thor. Thor drops Stormbreaker to fight one last battle. The two have a drawn out battle, but Cap is overpowered. He knows he can’t win, and Thor knows that Cap knows as well. Thor powers through Cap’s strikes without faltering and knocks Steve down with a thundering overhead blow, forcing Rogers down to his knees. Cap struggles to get up as he limps towards Thor. His strikes stop doing damage and his vision becomes blurrier. Then finally, in order to not cause anymore harm to his old friend, he summons one final punch to the side of Steve’s head, knocking the first Avenger out.Loki stands alongside Thor, as the Asgardian towers over his fallen comrades. Loki goes out to awake Banner and Valkyrie. While Thor may have gained the ultimate victory, it is one he will always regret in his heart. In other words…TEAM THOR WINS!Now, I know what you’re thinking. But dude, Team Thor had the least amount of combatants! That may be true but the fact that two of them are literally the strongest superheroes on the entire planet and possibly the universe should be more than enough considering that Team Ironman and Team Cap mainly had regular humans among their casts. The most powerful members in both teams are Ironman, Scarlet Witch, the Vision, War Machine, and sure maybe include Black Panther and Spiderman if you want. Their numbers outmatch Team Thor yet none of them can match the power of both Thor and Hulk combined. The real leading force of the battle was really Thor Odinson. His power gap between other heroes are literally miles apart, he’s insanely powerful. To be honest, the only ones that mattered in the entire battle were the Hulk, Thor, Vision, Scarlet Witch, and Ironman. Basically the most powerful heroes. Someone like Hawkeye isn’t going to have much impact in the same arena as a literal thunder deity who hits harder than a neutron star and a genius wearing the most advanced weapon on the planet just by shooting arrows. In the end, Team Thor won because their entire team is literally made up of Asgardian gods and one Jade Giant. The other teams didn’t exactly cut it with the majority of their cast being humans with literally zero supernatural abilities. But that’s fine. Humanity is what makes the Avengers team so great. Not because one of their members is an Ancient Norse God who was literally chasing meteors around with a nigh-indestructible hammer before Captain America even began wearing his tighty whities. It’s because a majority of them are just regular humans. The very fact that someone like Hawkeye or Black Widow, not even peak-humans, can keep up with beings like the Hulk is just astonishing. It’s marvelous. And sure, that might make them look small compared to universal empires like the Kree or the Skrulls, but they win anyways. The universe throws Infinity Stones and space warlords at them, but they don’t care. It’s their job to show that Earth means business. And sure, they may not be perfect. Civil War showed us that. But they'll win anyway and that’s why the most deadliest thing isn’t some Infinity Gauntlet or a magic hammer. It’s the human spirit.

If you had the power of the pen, what would you change about gun control?

Before I answer many questions I first tell the reader what the original question was in case the question is altered or merged with another. This time I'm going to do something a little different by rephrasing the question just a little and then answering the rephrased question:“If you had the constituency to support, and the votes to enact legislation regarding gun control, what would you change?”I would start with Federal Preemption. No firearm law passed by the states would be valid.Next, all firearm licenses issued from any of the many states would be valid in every other state, just like a driver's license. In addition, a Federal Concealed Carry license program would be instituted to replace state programs and would be valid everywhere in the US and it's territories. All such licenses would permit interstate transport of arms as well without any kind of limitation. Note that this has nothing to do with transfers, those shall be covered in a later paragraph.Third, gun free zones would be illegal for all buildings with public access except for courthouses, Federal buildings, and office buildings in which a judge, state, or Federal congressperson, governor, or president has a permanent office. Private property that does not have a reasonable expectation of public access may still declare their facility a gun free zone. However, ALL, gun free zones would be required to provide for the safety of the public with a reasonable number of certified armed guards or law enforcement officers based on square footage of the GFZ and/or expected occupancy of the building.Taking the place of gun free zones would be “Concealed Carry Only” zones, where citizens can carry a pistol so long as it is reasonably hidden from view of the general public.Areas of an otherwise not “gun free” building that must be declared gun free because the discharge of a firearm in that area could result in severe catastrophe, or when components of a firearm might react with environmental hazards, such as nuclear, explosive, highly flammable, toxic inhalants, or biological agents might be released must have secure storage lockers located as closely as reasonably possible for employees and/or guests to secure firearm before entering the gun free zone.Private, individual residences could still be declared gun free zones by the primary resident with the final word on the matter being that of the actual resident first and foremost. If the mortgage or primary lease is held by someone other than the primary resident, then the word of the lease or mortgage is secondary to that of the primary resident. Buildings which house multiple families, for example an apartment complex, the actual individual residents in each unit have the final say on firearms in their own dwelling.People convicted of violent crimes, robbery, have a history of spousal abuse, and are adjudicated mentally insane (by a court of law with adequate in person defense) would be barred from owning and bearing firearms. A background check would be required to establish fitness to purchase. Any infringement on the right to keep and bear arms must be done through the courts, with adequate in person legal defense. It would be illegal to hold proceedings in which a person’s right to defend themselves was determined without their prior knowledge and without sufficient in-person defense. Determinations could only be made in a court of law, based on solid, provable, factual evidence. Property seized as a result of the loss of these rights would be dipped in cosmoline and entered into deep storage charged to the state. The person that has lost their rights may opt to have their property auctioned off by the state and receive 80% of the proceeds of the sale. They may also delegate a family member that currently holds a CCW permit to take possession of those arms as long as the designated family member does not live at the same address.Any person that lost their right to keep or bear arms without the above standard being met, as in those that have fallen prey to current “Red Flag Laws” would be entitled to immediate appeal, within 30 days of the passage of my law, with all costs, fees, penalties, taxes, and all other financial obligations including legal fees for the defendants falling on the state government that stripped the person's rights to begin with. Failure of the states to hear each case within the 30 day time frame would result in the defendant's right's automatically reinstated until the state could put together a case for removing them. Any property seized as a result of these Red Flag Laws would need to be returned within 5 calendar days to the person upon the return of their gun rights, and those owners would need to be compensated from the state for all damages to those firearms.Schools would be required, starting in the third grade, to teach comprehensive firearm safety catered to the students' level of understanding. Upon reaching the 7th grade a practical element would be required using at a minimum, non-firing mock-ups of weapons of the proper size, weight, and internal functions to familiarize students with the weight and feel of a real firearm along with teaching them how to recognize and properly engage/disengage overt safety features of various popular models.Castle doctine and Stand Your Ground laws would be Federal and clarified to prevent overzealous DA's from attempting to pursue convictions that are clearly self-defense. Pursuits of a conviction not to be found in good faith would carry the same punishment for the entire prosecuting team as the defendant would have served if found guilty. Deadly force would be justifiable under the law in these cases:Home invasion. A person that forces entry into your home, not under the color of authority holding a proper warrant to enter is declared a home invader and all levels of force up to and including deadly force is authorized to repel the invader regardless of whether that person is overtly armed or not. Citizens would be legally protected from both criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits that result from any self-defense action that takes places inside the dwelling of the defender. This would extend to no-knock raids in which LE officers holding otherwise proper legal paperwork enter the wrong building. Entering the wrong building is the same as being there without proper legal standing so they are not afforded the legal protections of the badge. This might incentivize departments to get things right the first time, and to check, double-check, and recheck before they enter a building.Lethal force is authorized in self-defense in cases where a person perceives a threat of severe bodily harm or death to themselves or another from a person acting with malicious intent. An exception to this rule would be when the person using force in self-defense provoked the incident or when law enforcement officers are responding to an altercation.Basically every other firearm law on the books would be repealed including the NFA of 1934. If I think of others I will add them to this list, but at the moment, this seems like a good place to start with gun control.
